REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION Oak Farm is a place for learning and exploration; both during the school year and all summer long. Our talented staff of teachers and professionals have created interactive and engaging programs that will keep your child active, outdoors and most importantly; screen free!
PLEASE NOTE: • A 50% deposit is required of each camp now through April 22. After April 22 all camps need to be paid for in full when registering. • Balance for all camps will be due May 1, 2019. You will receive an invoice via email prior to the due date. • All camps are subject to cancellation based on enrollment. Deposits will be refunded for camp cancellations. • All registrations are considered final and non-refundable as of May 15, 2019. • You must register and pay through SignUp Genius, plus fill out the Google form with the camper’s information. On the SignUp Genius registration page, tab through the weeks at the top to choose one that fits your schedule and your child’s age and interest. Camp registration will close online two weeks before the camp start date. For example, the June 10 camps will close registration Monday, May 27. If you want to add within those two weeks prior to a camp starting, please contact the Summer Camp Director.

CAMP CLOSED THE WEEK OF JULY 1ST
All Toddler Day Camps are organized on a similar schedule. Campers will enjoy a summer time version of their regular school day with work time, snack, community, lunch, nap and lots of outdoor play. Children will go on walks in the woods, hikes to the gazebo and music garden, explore plants, enjoy music, make crafts, and play in water. Snack will be provided. Campers: Min. 5/Max. 12
PRIMARY DAY CAMPS Appropriate for ages 3 – 6 YEARS, MUST BE TOILET TRAINED. Open to both Oak Farm and non-Oak Farm students. Snack is provided. In the afternoon all campers will have a rest period, some may choose to nap.

Under the Sea | Abby Minich Campers will dive under water to explore different sea animals! Through art we will create our own sea creatures, play charades to be our own sea animal, and enjoy outdoor water activities!

Fun in the Sun | Abby Minich Campers will enjoy the Indiana sun through STEAM activities all week. Let’s bring science, technology, engineering, art, and music to life during this week of camp.
Campers will learn or enhance their Spanish speaking skills while drawing, making hand crafts, learning songs, dancing, and creating a picture album to take home.
July 8
Summer Field Camp | Emilee Ott Campers will learn how to play pool noodle baseball and run egg races, all while enjoying water and art activities. This camp focuses on teamwork, outdoor fitness activities that build self-confidence, new friends, and love for outdoor games.

CHRISTMAS IN JULY | Abby Minich Campers will learn about different holiday traditions celebrated around the world, such as Christmas, Hannukah, and Kwanza through crafts, indoor/outdoor games and more!

EspaĂąol Dos | Flor Ortega Campers will learn or enhance their Spanish speaking skills while drawing, making hand crafts, learning songs, dancing, and creating a picture album to take home. This camp will build on what was taught in week one, but week one is not a prerequisite for this camp! Come to either or both!

PRIMARY DAY CAMPS
Yoga & Mindfulness Camp | Heidi Stark Campers will focus on FUN by exploring movement and expanding their imagination. Children will be introduced to tools to promote peace, empathy, strength, focus, awareness, inquiry, and connectivity to all living things. Campers will do a variety of movements, mindfulness activities, storytelling, and creative art activities and be outside as much as possible!
ELEMENTARY DAY CAMPS Sew, Sew, Sew! So Much Fun | Chris Smith Campers will get to revisit the hand stitching skills they learned in Primary and advance to simple projects on the sewing machine. Learn how to pin a pattern, cut out material, and use a sewing machine under direct supervision. Campers will take breaks to play outdoors and uncramp their hands. All general materials will be included, but a fabric list will be provided later so they can choose something they will enjoy.

Drama Camp | Tricia Marshall Act out! Campers will get the opportunity to audition, construct the set, create props, and put together costumes for their very own show! A final performance will be put on Friday for parents and family. Open to 3rd - 8th graders. $140 Min. 8/Max. 24

Literature Craft Camp | Leigha Vandezande Books and art, who could ask for more? Campers will explore different classic fiction titles each day and create craft projects around the characters and plots. Possible favorites, such as, Harry Potter, Charlotte’s Web, or Alice in Wonderland may lead to Maruder’s Maps or a Silly Tea Party. It’s a week of imaginative adventure indoors and out. $145 Min. 8/Max. 24 Cheer Camp | Bayley Siewek Campers will be introduced to the sport of cheerleading. Camp curriculum will consist of learning cheers, approporiate technique, jumps, and low impact tumbling. Open to grades 4 - 8. $140 Min. 8/Max. 24

Soccer Camp | Ranger Academy

Introduction to soccer fundamentals, including skill and character development with Ranger Academy from Auburn. This group provides high level professional soccer training to kids of all abilities. $145 Min. 8/Max. 24
Cooking Around the World | Liliana Morales Cook food from around the world with Spanish Specialist, Liliana Morales. Taste deliciousness from Greece, Italy, India, Peru and China! No need for these students to bring lunch to camp, they will be cooking up a storm all day. Open to grades 4 - 8 $155 Min. 8/Max. 8

Art Creation Camp | Leigha Vandezande Campers will create 2D and 3D art works, such as ceramics, comic books, paper mache masks, and screen print their very own camp t-shirts. Every day it’s a different medium, a different work, a different art creation! $145 Min. 8/Max. 24

S.T.E.A.M. Camp | Hattie Baer & Leigha Vandezande Campers will have a great week experimenting, building, creating and discovering! Topics being covered this year include gravity, microscopic and macroscopic creatures, circuits and motors. Campers will create giant marble runs, conduct gravity painting, and vehichles and balloon sculptures of germs! Open to 2nd - 8th graders. Students entering 1st grade are welcome to join this week’s Primary camp. $175 Min. 20/Max. 30
Summer Field Camp | Emilee Ott Get excited for outdoor fitness activities this week! Campers will play pool noodle baseball, do egg races, join relay teams while also enjoying water and art activities. Messy Art Camp | Leigha Vandezande & Bonnie Bloom Let’s make a mess! From our head to our feet! Explore different types of messy art during a week of wacky art projects, lots of outside play and some science fun. In the Garden | Heather Lemmon Campers will have the opportunity to tend to fruits and vegetables in the Oak Farm Greenhouse and on the MS grounds. Students will learn about good and bad pests, plant new items, and have the chance to get their hands dirty! This is your chance to get closer to Mother Earth! $140 Min. 8/Max. 13
Gourmet Lab: The Scientific Principles Behind Your Favorite Foods | Heather Lemmon Campers will explore the science behind the foods and even incorporate some math equations in the kitchen! Learn stuff like…What is the purpose of baking powder? How can I change my recipe to make my cookies chewier? And best of all, taste your creations at the end of the day. Basketball Camp | Nefy Hathaway Campers will learn the fundamentals of basketball, expand already known skills, and build strength, endurance, and sportsmanship. MakerSpace! Make Things Have Fun! | Bonnie Bloom At the Innolab Makerspace at Oak Farm’s High School, campers will create individual projects on a 3D printer using TinkerCad to design their projects. They will create Scribblebots-drawing robots. Use Sculpey to make and bake beads and small sculptures. They will also create short Lego stop motion animations and enjoy interactive coding games. $145 Min. 8/Max. 10
