Overview Oak Farm bus transportation to and from Fort Wayne is available for students in Primary (3 Years Old) through High School. The bus only stops at DESIGNATED BUS STOPS. If you miss a bus stop, please continue to the next bus stop.
DUE TO NEW BUSING RULES, WE CAN ONLY ACCOMMODATE 10 PREKINDERGARTEN STUDENTS.

Monthly Rates Daily rates are offered for occasional riders. Please contact the school for rates and availability. Drop ins are not allowed.

Oak Farm Bus Rider Code of Conduct

All students riding the bus are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
Roundtrip bus riders: Select a morning and afternoon bus stop.
One way bus riders: Select one morning or afternoon and the desired bus stop.
If you have a pre-kindergarten student in Primary, please select “Yes” to the Pre-kindergarten option on the registration.
To enroll a student that is moving up to Primary from Toddler, please contact the school.
Fees are not reflected on the SignUpGenius registration page. Please note fees in this booklet. Pre-kindergarten students in Primary are now required to be in a car seat with both a shoulder restraint and a lap belt. We can only accommodate 10 car seats on the bus. The car seats are provided by Oak Farm.
Current bus riders will be given priority until February 8th using their current bus riding schedule. After February 8th, any open spaces will be filled in the following order:
Current 1-way bus riders changing to roundtrip.
Siblings of current bus riders
Current students new to the bus
New students
Registrations will be accepted until the bus is full and then a wait list will be created. In the event that the bus is full and Oak Farm chooses to add another bus, you may not be permitted to change bus stops without prior approval by the school.
1. The bus is to be considered an extension of the classroom and the same decorum and respect for property and one another required in the classroom is required on the bus. 2. Language should always be appropriate. 3. Students must remain seated and wearing their seatbelts at all times. 4. Students must refrain from physical contact with others. 5. No eating on the bus. 6. No electronics of any kind are permitted to be used on the bus. This includes mp3 players, cell phones, iPods, iPads, Kindles or other electronic readers, and video games. If these items are found to be in use, they will be held for the day by an Oak Farm staff member and returned to a parent or guardian at the end of the day. 7. Secondary Student volunteers will act as Guides and remind any student violating the Code of Conduct that he or she is in breach. Such breaches will be filed. In the event a student is reported for a breach of the Code of Conduct three times during the academic semester, then that student will not be able to ride the bus for the next five consecutive school days. Students who continue to violate behavior expectations on the bus may be removed permanently from the bus service.
