The Hawke’s Bay and Wairarapa are celebrating innovation and achievement at the 2025 regional Dairy Industry Awards Prepare for a night of elegance, excitement, and revelation on 6 March at the Copthorne Resort Solway Park in Masterton, kicking off with pre-dinner drinks at 6pm. The 2025 Hawke’s Bay/Wairarapa Dairy Industry Awards dinner will celebrate excellence in the region’s dairy industry. This year’s event will be a dazzling affair with the theme of a masquerade. Attendees will witness the unveiling of the region’s most accomplished and innovative dairy farmers. The unseen hard work and dedication of those who work tirelessly to drive success and best practice in the dairy industry will be unmasked.

Regional nominees for the prestigious Fonterra Responsible Dairying Award (FRDA) will also be recognised during the dinner. The three winners from each category, along with the FRDA finalists, will advance to the New Zealand Dairy Industry Awards National Final with the ultimate winners announced in Mt Maunganui on Saturday 10 May. Hawke’s Bay/Wairarapa Regional Manager Angela Strawbridge describes the regional awards’dinners as true celebrations - not just for the winners, but for everyone involved.
