Lyn and Colleen own B.W. O’Brien with brother and sister team Jonathan and Ashleigh managing the company. Before them, Bernie O’Brien developed the company from scratch. Three generations of the O’Brien family have been deeply embedded in this company that specialises in Wairarapa’s refrigeration and air conditioning. This month marks B.W. O’Brien & Co’s 50TH birthday, and so we look back at the generations of leadership and teamwork that have made this company what it is today. Established in 1974 by Bernie O’Brien, the company has been embedded locally from the outset, with a focus on stellar customer service and building the skills required to meet customer needs.
