Jacqueline Newman is the managing partner of the matrimonial law firm, Berkman Bottger Newman & Rodd, LLP. Ms. Newman’s practice consists of litigation, collaborative law and mediation. She specializes in complex high-net-worth matrimonial cases and prenuptial agreements. Ms. Newman has appeared as a expert commentator on various radio and television shows and has been quoted as an expert in numerous publications, including Glamour magazine, Crain’s New York Business, U.S. News & World Report, Woman’s Day, and The Huffington Post. Amy practices all aspects of family and matrimonial law matters. From negotiation and drafting of prenuptial, marital, and separation agreements to litigation in divorce, post-judgment matters, and matters involving non-married parents, Amy brings with her a great depth of training and experience. Before entering private practice, Amy worked on behalf of domestic abuse victims as a supervisor in Westchester/Putnam Legal Services and was the founding attorney of the legal project of the Rockland Family Shelter. Amy was an associate at Cohen Goldstein & Silpe LLP before starting her own firm in 2003. Amy received her J.D. from CUNY School of Law and also an M.S. in special education from Hunter College. She is an officer of WBASNY and a director of NYWBA and is active in the NYC Bar Association and Sanctuary for Families.

Maria E. Celis is a partner in the New York office of Neville Peterson LLP and practices in the areas of international trade, customs, export law, and other federal regulatory matters. Angélicque M. Moreno is an accomplished and passionate trial attorney who has taken on insurance companies in a wide variety of automotive, workplace, and wrongful death actions. Throughout her career, Ms. Moreno has received numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements. Ms. Moreno sits on the board of the New York State Bar Association’s Trial Section and of the New York State Trial Academy of Lawyers. Deborah A.
