While capacity remains higher than in recent years, declining utilization rates and mill closures suggest supply may tighten if demand rebounds. NTHBA Hosts a Festive and Fun-Filled Casino Night Christmas Party Thanks to the dedication of our members, sponsors, and partners, the North Texas Home Builders Association celebrated the season in style at our Casino Night Christmas Party on December 11, 2025. The evening brought together great food, lively entertainment, and a strong sense of community, everything that makes NTHBA events so special. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Orchard Catering, featuring Prime Rib, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Salad, Rolls, and an assortment of decadent cakes. The festive atmosphere was brought to life by the Events Committee, led by Chair Jody Bussey of Landmark Title, along with committee member Kara Bradley and members Tatum McDaniel, Nicki Bomer, Chris Aday, and Gena Williams of Jacksboro National Bank. Their colorful casino-themed décor transformed the venue into a vibrant holiday casino experience. Adding to the fun, Pando Party Proofs provided a fantastic photo booth that quickly became a favorite stop for attendees capturing memories with friends and colleagues. Throughout the evening, guests tried their luck at the craps table, blackjack, Texas Hold ’Em, and the roulette wheel. After hours of play and plenty of friendly competition, players exchanged their winnings for tickets, each one a chance to take home one of the night’s fabulous prizes. Giveaways included a robo vacuum, outdoor fire pit, luggage, gift cards, and more. As always, one lucky table seemed to hit the jackpot, walking away with several prizes and plenty of bragging rights.
