The homes in this year's Parade showcase a wide range of styles, layouts, and design ideas from builders right here in Wichita Falls and the surrounding area. These aren't renderings on a screen or stock photos from a catalog. These are real homes, in real neighborhoods, built by people who live and work in this community. Every detail you see -- from the floor plans to the finishes -- reflects months of planning and craftsmanship, and our builders are excited to show you what they've been working on.
One thing I love about the Parade is that it gives people a chance to walk through a finished home and actually experience it. You notice things you wouldn't pick up from a website or a floor plan printout -- how the kitchen flows, how much natural light comes through, how the materials feel. That kind of experience is hard to replicate anywhere else, and it's the whole reason this event exists.
