If approved, the development would span across 1246-1268 Lynn Valley Rd., 3050-3174 Baird Rd. and a lane between 1202 Ross Rd. and 3050 Baird Rd. replacing Lynn Valley Mall (not to be confused with the much larger Lynn Valley Centre across the street) and the rental townhouse complex Draycott Gardens. Of the 397 units, 64 would be rentals, with 32 replacing existing homes. Mackenzie Stonehocker, development planner for the district, gave a presentation to council saying the project would be built in two phases. The first phase would demolish Lynn Continued on A23
