Waipu Highland Pipe Band member Bain McGregor has been involved in playing bagpipes officially since he was nine years old. As a fourth-generation Scottish family member, Bain is proud of his heritage and the history that comes along with it, with many items held at the Waipu Scottish Migration Museum.
