Rolleston College will take in just over 210 Year 9 students in its first year of operation while Rolleston’s newest primary school, Lemonwood Grove, is preparing to take up to 80 pupils when it too opens its doors for the first time on January 30. Rolleston College principal Steve Saville said the excitement is really building. “We have some very excited staff and members of the board of trustees, and part of my job at the moment is

The high school has been built to house up to 1,800 students. Mr Saville said the last 18 months has been a rewarding time since he got a phone call in the middle of the night in New York telling him he had the principal’s job at Rolleston College.
