p After reigning as Miss Kumeu last year, Lady Sugarbelle, aka Janelle Reynish, is returning to the annual Repco Classic Car and Hot Rod Festival as a pinup judge. The sections are separated ages for children, teens, young adults and 35 years plus. Janelle will sit out judging for the children’s section as her daughters Sofia and Izabella are competing. “I have carried the title for a year, and now, I will help choose the next pin-up winners. I am nervous and excited, and I have never judged before. I will be body inclusive; plus-size girls can look amazing and often feel overlooked. I want people to promote who they are and to be happy without having to please other people. I love the atmosphere of the event. The sound of the engines, the smell of burning rubber, the children dancing feels like home and that I belong there,” Janelle says.
