Beginning to Rain” offers a reminder of God’s renewing work through His people and the lives He continues to change. Four times each year, members of the NPUC executive committee gather to pray, listen, ask questions and make decisions together in support of the church’s mission across the Northwest. Constituency session invites delegates into that same shared rhythm of discernment, conversation and faithful service.
