This voluntary sustainability report presents Nordic Polytech Group AB’s sustainability work during the 2025 financial year. The report covers the company’s operations in Trelleborg. Operations are based in Trelleborg and governed by certified management systems for quality (ISO 9001), environmental management (ISO 14001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001). These systems provide a common structure for objectives, actions, monitoring and improvements. Sustainability strategy Sustainability is integrated into NPG’s established management systems. Management monitors progress through
internal audits, management reviews, performance indicator monitoring, supplier assessments and risk analyses. This work covers quality, the environment, occupational health and safety, business ethics and responsible procurement. NPG aims to reduce the negative impact of its operations on people and the environment and create long-term value for customers, employees, suppliers, owners and society.

OUR SUSTAINABILITY WORK
For me, sustainability means taking responsibility for our employees, our customers and the world in which we operate. It is part of how we develop Nordic Polytech Group and prepare our operations for future requirements. During 2025, we took several steps forward. We commissioned a solar panel installation at our factory in Trelleborg, which generated electricity equivalent to 29 per cent of our total electricity consumption during the year. At the same time, combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions decreased by approximately 19 per cent compared with the 2023 baseline.
A large share of our climate impact comes from the materials we purchase. Purchased materials and the management of production scrap accounted for 96 per cent of Scope 3 emissions in 2025. We are therefore working to use materials more efficiently, reduce rejects and recycle production scrap. This is a long-term effort in which technical expertise and collaboration with customers and suppliers play an important role. Our employees’ knowledge and commitment are essential to our progress. During the year, we continued our systematic approach to occupational health and safety through risk assessments, safety

SUSTAINABILITY STARTS WITH EVERYDAY DECISIONS inspections, training and preventive measures. Our goal is a workplace where people feel safe, respected and involved. We monitor this work through our certified management systems for quality, the environment and occupational health and safety. We report the results to show both what we have achieved and where further work is needed. Through clear targets and ongoing monitoring, we continue to reduce resource use and emissions across our operations. This strengthens Nordic Polytech Group and our ability to meet the requirements of our customers and society.

BUSINESS POLICY Nordic Polytech Group AB shall develop its operations with a focus on quality, resource efficiency and a safe and healthy working environment. Quality assurance is central to NPG’s sustainability work. Precise measurements, first-off checks and systematic inspections reduce the risk of production non-conformities. This helps ensure that products meet customer requirements while limiting rejects, rework and unnecessary resource use.
This work also involves the ongoing development of processes, technology and skills. Inspection and measurement results are used to identify the causes of nonconformities and prevent their recurrence. In this way, quality management supports both resource efficiency and the company’s financial performance.
Our quality work begins in dialogue with the customer. By clarifying requirements, material choices, tolerances and intended applications, NPG lays the groundwork for solutions that work in the customer’s production. In this context, business professionalism means providing clear information, honouring agreements and addressing non-conformities openly. This supports reliable deliveries and long-term customer relationships.
A safe and sustainable workplace is essential to consistent quality. Clear working procedures, risk assessments, training and employee participation help reduce the risk of accidents and repetitive strain injuries. When employees have the right knowledge and opportunities to report risks and suggest improvements, both the working environment and the production process benefit.

QUALITY FOR CUSTOMERS & THE WORKPLACE
The illustration maps sustainability issues against two dimensions: their importance to stakeholders and their impact on NPG’s operations. The further towards the upper right an issue is positioned, the higher its priority in the company’s sustainability work. The assessment identifies quality, custo-
mer requirements, regulatory compliance, climate and energy, and occupational health and safety as key priorities. Responsible procurement is also a significant area. Cybersecurity, skills development, waste and circularity, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement are also included in the assessment and monitored according to their impact and relevance. The findings inform targets, actions, resource allocation and monitoring. The assessment is reviewed when operations, external conditions or stakeholder expectations change.

Electricity consumption Our purchased electricity is fossil-free and used exclusively at our Trelleborg facility. Total energy consumption increased in 2025 as we expanded our machinery fleet with several CNC machines. Gas NPG purchases gas solely to heat its premises. In 2025, we purchased natural gas for combustion on site. Our ambition for 2026 is to switch to fossil-free gas. Solar panels Our solar panel installation has a capacity of 499 MWhp and was commissioned in early 2025.

Nordic Polytech Group shall conduct its business with integrity and in accordance with applicable laws and business ethics principles. NPG does not tolerate corruption, bribery, fraud or improper conflicts of interest. Employees must comply with the company’s Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy and other internal guidelines.
Suspected misconduct can be reported through NPG’s whistleblowing channel. Reports can be made anonymously and are handled confidentially. Company information, customer data and personal data must also be protected in accordance with applicable requirements for data protection, confidentiality and information security.
Business ethics and regulatory compliance are integrated into NPG’s management systems and monitored through internal audits, management reviews and relevant performance indicators. Risks and non-conformities must be documented, addressed and followed up.
These requirements also extend to the supply chain. NPG expects suppliers to comply with applicable legislation and the company’s requirements relating to human rights, working conditions, the environment and business ethics.

NPG’s suppliers are expected to conduct their business in accordance with applicable legislation and NPG’s requirements relating to human rights, working conditions, the environment, business ethics, product safety and chemical compliance. Suppliers are monitored through a process that may include self-assessment, document review, supplier assessment, audits and follow-up of corrective actions. The assessment considers factors such as the supplier’s importance, purchasing volume, materials, geographical risk and past performance. NPG recommends that strategic and cri-

tical suppliers implement relevant management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Certification or equivalent practices are verified where this forms part of the supplier assessment.
