Check&edit your Personal Schedule and get to know about Polish theatres through their unique profiles. Moreover, you can see who’s participating with you and start connecting with colleagues familiar and new. Feel free to make changes & register for extra events till the end of August! DAILY SHOWCASE NEWSLETTER Each day till 11.00am we’ll send out our DAILY SHOWCASE NEWSLETTER, containing details of all the activities planned for a given day of the festival. Also, there will be some important information about coronavirus restrictions. Don’t miss it! *** If you are not receiving our newsletters, please check your SPAM folder. PERFORMANCES ON STAGE All the events we prepared in the way so that they don’t overlap. But! There is one clash: please remember to let us know if you would like to join DEVILS or THE END OF EDDY at the first day of the Showcase. We know it may be hard, so we will prepare some extra-special way in SWAPCARD App for you to follow the whole program.
WORKSHOPS We plan three workshops with amazing people! Check details in our programme. Remember, you need to be registered for them. If you didn’t choose one and you are willing to join – please write to us at showcase@nowyteatr.org and we will make it work!
NETWORKING AND SPECIAL EVENTS Each year we prepare for you some extravagant activities and this will be the same. So, be prepared for the WELCOME DRINK at Komuna Warszawa, FAREWELL PARTY at Nowy Teatr and a special limited-edition of GUIDED NIGHT WALKS with Showcase’s Artist (September 3rd after last performance)! Let us know if you’re curious and courageous enough to go for a walk with them!

REGISTRATION & TICKETS
AIRPORT TRANSPORT
To get to the performances of your choice, you need to show up at the registration point and get your WELCOME PACK. Inside, among number of nice gifts, you will find the personalized SHOWCASE BADGE – this will be your ticket to all the shows & events. Moreover, the Showcase Schedule will be easy to find and follow on a small folder you will receive. Along with it, you will find a QR code that will direct you to the interactive map with all the venues’ locations and food spots.

The registration will be open from 12.00 to 15.00 at Nowy Teatr’s Foyer. PS. This is also a place where you can have your rapid COVID-test done by our paramedic. It is not obligate, but if you feel like having one – just tell us at the registration!

ACCOMODATION If you’re staying at the Reytan Hotel, just check-in with your name and you will get the key to the room. It’s that easy!
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOOD SPOTS, BAGELS AND EVENTS AROUND THE CITY At the end of our programme you can find a list that will give you a number of recommendations for foodies and other events we recommend to you if you stay longer or want to experience even more! We want you to have appetite for all the performances and that is why we will treat you with a bagel every day around 17.00 and 18.00 at NOWY’s foyer. Come grab one and off we go!
GREEN CITY – GETTING AROUND WARSAW The WELCOME PACK will also contain a three-day ticket for all the public transport. You can use trams, buses and the metro. Just remember to validate it after entering the tram or bus. We’ve prepared the program to make it easy to get from one venue to another. You can easily find any transport connection in War-
saw – just go to this website and type in the address where you want to go https://jakdojade.pl/warszawa/trasa/ The Polish names of all the stops near the venue you will find in the online program booklet as well. PS. City-bikes can be hired at nearly 400 locations in Warsaw. Bikes can hired in three ways, either by registering on the website en.veturilo.waw.pl and paying an initial fee of 10 PLN via the site, or by registering by credit card at the terminal located at every bike station. The third way is to use the Nextbike smartphone app. In order for the account to be active, it must contain at least 10 PLN. The first 20 minutes are free! For the next 40 minutes you pay 1 PLN, for the second hour 3 PLN, the third 5 PLN, and for the fourth and all following hours you pay 7 PLN. Bikes can be hired for a maximum 12 hours at a time.
