In July 2023, the FDC,actingasthe facilitatorappointedbythe FSGLTA, placedanadvertisement in thepapers to solicit proposals for the Raceway, with aclosing dateof30July2023. The FDCthenappointed the preferred bidder, Investchem Chemical Logistics, on 17 January2024
Sincethatappointment, Investchem hasrepeatedlyasked the FDC for the contract, whichremains unsigned.
