Kickboxers shine at Western Cape champs Five athletes from Strydom’s Kickboxing Academy recently represented their club and the Eastern Cape at the Western Cape Kickboxing Championships in Oudtshoorn. Competing against some of the best fighters in the region, each student delivered outstanding performances and returned home with well-deserved medals.
