Santa’s letter box

‘Uncle Frans’ Swanepoel, Ward 52 councillor, has arranged a post box for children to send their letters to Santa. The councillor’s office therefore asks parents, if their children are going to post a letter in the box, to ensure that their name, address and parent’s phone number are included in their letter.
