The Mitchell’s Plain Community Policing Forum (CPF) and their religious fraternity partners held a carols by candlelight karaoke sing-along on Thursday 11 December at Cedar High School Hall. Mitchell’s Plain police station commander Brig Brian Muller told the assembly to “embrace the spirit of the season”. Speaking on his behalf in his absence, Capt Ian Williams said: “I called the station commander and asked him what he wanted to say to you tonight because he could not be here and he said: ‘I wish for the community of Mitchell’s Plain just to embrace the spirit of the season’,” Williams said. “For me that means we should seek to be reunited and to come together to engage and seek common ground,” he said. He added that during this holiday period, police work harder than ever.
“We do more patrols. There are more road blocks and beach patrols,” he said, adding that there was usually an exponential increase in crime during this period. He encouraged the community to change that tide by “extending the hand of forgiveness and hope”. “Then others will follow suit,” he said. CPF chair Norman Janjies echoed his words but also added a note of caution. “We have a common enemy and that is crime and gangsterism and drugs,” he said. Janjies said that between April and September there had been 90 murders in Mitchells Plain. “Most recent was the mass murder,” he said, referring to the incident where three people were killed, including a nine-yearold boy, when armed men entered the house where they were and shot them. LEAP officer dies in multi-vehicle crash LAUREN O’CONNOR-MAY

young officer lost his life over the weekend when he stopped to assist at a hit-and-run incident. Lyle Thomas (28) of Bonteheuwel died when a car crashed into the accident scene he was assisting in the early hours of Sunday morning. Capt FC van Wyk, of the police’s provincial media centre said police were investigating the scene of a fatal hit-andrun on Jakes Gerwel drive, when Thomas, an off-duty LEAP officer, stopped to assist. “The police vehicle was parked on the side of the road with flashing blue lights,” Van Wyk said. “An off-duty law enforcement officer stopped on the left side of the road with his VW Polo to assist the police members with the accident. A silver grey Toyota Fortuner came at a very high speed and drove into the back of the police vehicle which then overturned.” Van Wyk said the officer was killed when the Fortuner “rammed into a nearby tree and came to a complete stop”. “The 37-year-old driver of the Toyota Fortuner was arrested and taken to the shadow centre for a blood alcohol test, and afterwards detained at Nyanga police station on a charge of culpable homicide. He will appear in court once charged,” he said. A secondary case of culpable homicide is also under investigation for the man who had been killed in the first hit-and-run, though his identity and the identity of the driver who knocked him down are both unknown. Van Wyk encouraged anyone who had information on either accident to contact the police on 08600 10111 or to use the MySAPS app anonymously. Several city officials have expressed their grief and condolences on Lyle’s passing.
OFFICER DIES AFTER HIGH-SPEED CRASH AT POLICE ROADSIDE SCENE A LIFE DEDICATED TO SERVICE Sub-council 15 chair Angus McKenzie said Thomas was a committed member of the Bonteheuwel Neighbourhood Watch, and a proud LEAP officer. “Lyle’s life was one defined by service. He lived not for himself, but for the safety, dignity, and well-being of others. Even while off duty, his instinct was to help, to protect, and to serve,” McKenzie said. “This loss is devastating. Lyle was young, driven, and deeply committed to his community,” he said. The MEC for police oversight, Anroux Marais, also expressed “profound sorrow”. “This is a devastating loss of a young life dedicated to service. Officer Thomas was not only a LEAP officer but a young man whose life was defined by commitment, courage, and selflessness. Even when he was not required to act, his instinct was to help and to protect others. That sense of duty ultimately cost him his life,” Marais said. “We are heartbroken by the death of Officer Lyle Thomas, a young man who embodied the very values of service, courage and commitment to community safety. He died doing what he believed in, protecting others.” Marais added that the tragedy underscores both the dangers faced daily by law enforcement officers and the devastating consequences of reckless driving. “Our officers put themselves in harm’s way every single day to keep our communities safe. It is unacceptable that an officer should lose his life because of alleged reckless and irresponsible driving,” she said.

The young black man was injured in Az Berman Drive on 26 November in the late evening. He is confused and unsure of his name but it could possibly be Safiso Xaso. Williams takes top Oxford post

itchells Plain's Athol Williams has been appointed Academic Director for Oxford University's Advanced Management and Leadership Programme, making him one of the most educated South Africans to achieve such a prestigious academic position. The 2023 Oxford PhD graduate, who holds five masters degrees from top global universities including MIT, Harvard and the London School of Economics, takes charge of the programme that trains senior executives with at least 10 years of leadership experience from around the world. Williams, who has been working as a Research Associate Lecturer at Oxford since 2022, earned his distinction for his doctoral thesis in Business Ethics and Corporate Responsibility, becoming the first person to earn five masters degrees from five of the world's top universities. His impressive academic journey began with a science degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, followed by an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Science Masters in Finance from London Business School, a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University, and a Masters in Corporate Responsibility and Social Justice from The London School of Economics. arvin Sampson may be the unofficial mayor of Mitchell’s Plain but he didn’t always have it all together. Recently, Sampson (51), celebrated his 16th year of recovery from addiction. “I’ve gone from a boy from Beacon Valley, skarreling in the town centre, to the office of the mayor. Nothing is impossible for God,” Sampson said. Things came full circle for Sampson recently when he was the guest speaker at the same rehab where he first found recovery. “I'm so proud of wanting to tell my story wherever I can,” Sampson said. “This last Sunday, I went to Toevlug because I was

By then he had lost multiple jobs and his dignity, and he had sold everything in his home. His wife was no longer giving him meals and he was begging for “kayangs” in the town centre. He had tried to take his own life three times because he could not see a way out of his addiction. But it wasn’t until his wife filed for divorce that he made a change, he said. “I thought to myself, ‘am I going to choose the addiction, or am I going to choose my family? I decided I'm going to stop using drugs and I started looking for a rehab.” ROOTS OF ADDICTION Sampson said the roots of his addiction started in his childhood. His parents were both alcoholics and his father abused his mother physically, emotionally, financially and sexually. “I would sometimes hear my mother cry in the room and, being the eldest of five brothers, I would open the door. And I would see him sexually abusing my mother,” Sampson recalls. The dysfunction led to his first suicide attempt at the age of 14. He woke up in hospital, after he had overdosed on medication, and social workers were called in to help, but nothing changed. “That episode passed and you know life just continued as normal as if I was just naughty,” he said.

DOWNWARD SPIRAL Sampson grew up, got married and started a family, but his descent into addiction was gradual, starting with using cigarettes, weed and alcohol socially but at the height of his addiction he was using four different drugs. His wife, however, was oblivious. “And then one day, 10 years later, a friend of mine, a drinking buddy, said; ‘brother, you need to stop. Can’t you see what this stuff is doing to you?’.” Sampson ignored him, but the friend told his wife about his addiction. “My wife never knew I was using drugs because she was in control of the finances. She had my bank card, so there was no suspicion because there was no money missing,” he said, adding that he had been stealing at work to support his addiction and this eventually led to him losing his job. That was when he started stealing from home. “My wife would buy Christmas clothes for the children and I would take their clothes, with the shoes, and I would sell it. I took the TV, I took the microwave, I took the DVD surround sound system. She would buy me clothes and I would take the clothes and sell them for drugs. I even sold the washing machine. I took the aluminum pots from the cupboard, and I would make it flat and take it to the scrapyard, just to get my hands on drugs. “I even sold the furniture. The last thing I took was the fridge. When my wife went to work, I remember, there was nothing left to steal anymore, so I took the fridge. I put it in a Shoprite trolley and I sold it for R60, just to get my hands on drugs. “I didn't care about my children, their well-being. I didn't care about my wife. It was all about me and my addiction. I became the father I hated because I started

abusing my wife. I started abusing my children. Not physically, but emotionally.” Sampson said that his wife became so fed-up that she stopped giving him meals and sharing the same bed with him. “What sober woman wants to share her bed with a drug addict who doesn’t wash, who doesn’t brush teeth and who looks like a bergie but at the time, in my mind, I thought she was having an affair,” Sampson recounts. RECOVERY It was only when his wife reached the point of considering divorce when Sampson hit rock bottom and considered recovery. Now, 16 years later, he maintains his sobriety through faith. He turned his attention to politics, first a PR councillor for the Patriotic Alliance in city council and later he accepted a post in the mayor’s office. “The joke in the office is that Geordin Hill-Lewis is the mayor of the city and Marvin is the mayor of Mitchell’s Plain. Even he's aware of the joke,” Marvin said. He now wants to use this knowledge of the inner workings of council to uplift others.

Strandfontein woman’s husband has several chicks on the side. He houses them in a loft in their yard where dramas unfold daily. After one drama, the woman, a respected crime fighter, took one of them into her home. The young female had been injured in a domestic dispute. Her parents are a middle-aged female who had shacked up with a boisterous adolescent male. The woman carefully nursed her back to health and the young female became so obsessed with her, that she often laid on her shoulder to nuzzle her hair and kiss her on the lips. No, this is not a soap opera and the couple are not part of a menage a trois — but rather a menagerie. But if the story above has you hooked, then you will understand why Strandfontein Community Police Forum (CPF) chair, Sandy Schuter,

has gained so many new followers on her social media channels — because she uses the same mischievous tone in her social media videos, which are mostly sweet but sometimes naughty. In the videos, she updates her followers about the pigeon loft shenanigans of her fancier husband, Faizel Flowers. PIGEON PORN “Look at that; daylight pigeon porn,” she says in one video, while narrating a TikTok of pigeons mating to quirky background music. The videos have become so popular that she can barely keep up with the requests for updates. "People on Facebook say, 'Sandy, when are you going to update us again?'" she said. “Even my station commander sends me messages; ‘Hi Sandy, what is Niggie Pearl doing?’” Niggie Pearl is the chick that Schuter rescued. She hand-rears the bird, which has become more of a pet than a racer, said Flowers lamentfully, since the bird had come from “good racing stock”. “I don't think she'll be able to function again in the loft because she's used to being here,” Schuter said, “where she has her own napkin, her own blanket, her own cup, her own everything.” Her posts have also created a renewed interest in pigeon fancy — the recognised South African sport of racing homing pigeons. “Strandfontein, I believe, is one of the
best pigeon racing clubs, really, and people don't know that,” said Flowers, who has been interested in the sport since he was six. With decades of experience under his belt he now boasts several large trophies and has bagged some big prizes. He also heads up fancying associations and unions, which facilitates seven Mitchells Plain clubs, including Strandfontein. Flowers has several methods to get the best out of his birds and he frequently uses the pigeons’ lusty libidos and jealousy to get winning results. “I would take a mate, and I'll keep it aside away from his partner,” Flowers explained, adding that one of the pigeons in the loft is a “casanova” and causes lots of domestic disputes. “Then I take one of those cocky males and I put it with his girl. Now you can see he's mad because he wants to get in there and start fighting and the minute he goes in there to fight, I take him and put him into the box and take him away to race.” Flowers said this method is called “widowing”. “I know already he’s going to be the first one home,” he says laughing, adding that after flying hundreds of kilometres, pigeons usually immediately eat or rest when they dive into their home lofts. “But he comes into the loft — a bird that’s been racing for five to six hours — and the first thing he looks for is, where is she? When he finds her there alone, he kisses her, mates and then he goes to have his feed and water.” PASSIONS FOR PIGEONS AND PEOPLE Not all of Flower’s pigeons develop such a strong attachment to a mate. In another sordid tale, one particular female fell in love with her husband, Schuter said. The

bird, she said, had no interest in the other males in the loft and followed Flowers around like a love-sick puppy, using his head as her preferred loveseat. Flowers adds that she was one of his best flyers because she couldn’t bear to be away from him for too long. But while the couple find lots of entertainment in the sport, the husband’s passion for pigeons has had a spin off on the wife’s passion for crime fighting. Flowers says the Strandfontein club uses pigeon racing as a youth development tool by mentoring young people and providing them with birds, eggs and equipment like electronic clocks and guidance from experienced members. "We take pride in mentoring young people and engaging them in the sport," said Schuter. Flowers proudly declares that the youngsters have done well in picking up the sport and several of them have had racing successes. ed Moon Productions, a community based performing arts project on the Cape Flats held a rehearsal at Roosendaal Secondary School on 13 December, for an upcoming crime action film project called Enrico, Jou Moffie!!! which starts production in March next year. This is a high energy action film written and directed by Nic Matthee, who recently won recognition in Spain for best screenplay for the short film The Meeting. TikTok sensation Sylvana Heyns, who gained fame for her high-energy dance videos, encouraging women struggling with weight loss to embrace dancing is also involved in the project. Her videos have garnered significant attention, motivating hundreds of women to dance freely as she displayed her skills without limitations. "I don't have time to join a gym or go jogging, so I started cleaning, and when I hit play and the music electrifies me with rhythm, I record my dance sessions, pop-locking my way to a moonwalking journey with a twist. I encourage women struggling with weight loss not to let that deter them from harnessing their willpower, as emerging victorious after a dance session is another triumph," says the mother of one. LIFE CHANGING INITIATIVE The Eerste River sensation takes every opportunity as a presentation to create a transformative and positive life changing initiative through performing arts and a sense of "Girl Power" and the creative minded empowerment as the driving force in her quest representing women on the Cape Flats in a positive light. "I received a message on TikTok from Nic Matthee inviting me to a fitness class. Initially, I was somewhat sceptical, but after taking a leap of faith, I reached out to Nic and discovered that I was part of a class known as a Gun Fu class. Subsequently, I found myself in a WhatsApp group and realized that this was not merely a fitness class; I was about to engage in some serious action alongside stuntmen and weapons. he parents of a 16-yearold cycling protégé from Gaylee in Blackheath are asking for the public's help to take his young career to the international level. Faraz Khatieb has been selected to represent South Africa at the Continental Africa Championship in Kenya next month. According to Reygana Khatieb, Faraz's mother, her son lives for cycling and has very big dreams. "If you've seen Faraz cycling around the area, you probably think he's just another kid on a bike but let me tell you what you are actually seeing. You are seeing a 16-year-old who rushes home from school every day to train many kilometres four days a week, and races over weekends in the u-19 category but competes against elite riders aged 23 and older – and consistently finishes in the top 10. "He's a boy who was part of the Tour Du Cap winning team earlier this year, came 16th in the Cape Argus Cycle Tour, two seconds off the winning time, won

SUCCESS Being an athlete, or any successful sport means a lot of sacrifices. Isaacs says: "Obviously, if you're a sports person in general - I had to personally sacrifice my social life and party times. I had to balance the two out." For him, family time is important. That is why he likes to spend time with his family if he wants to unwind. To relax he would take a drive to the beach and enjoy ice cream. When he is not on the tracks, he also likes to play video games with his friends and watch his favourite soccer team play. nother major sewer-line collapse in Montague Gardens has sparked renewed concerns over ageing infrastructure, traffic disruptions, and environmental risks in the area. Last week a 900 mm bulk sewer pipe beneath a section of Montague Drive gave way, prompting an immediate emergency response from the City of Cape Town’s Water and Sanitation Directorate.

This marks the 13th sewer collapse in the area following 12 similar incidents in 2023 and 2024, which were previously reported by TygerBurger. The ongoing failures are widely attributed to severe corrosion from sulphuric acid and the age of the infrastructure. “City teams were deployed within minutes to cordon off the affected area, implement traffic-safety measures and begin assessing the extent of the damage,” said Zahid Badroodien, Mayco member for Water and Sanitation. “We are finalising an emergency-repair plan and closely monitoring the site to mitigate any further risks, especially to the nearby Milnerton Lagoon, which remains a key environmental priority.” TygerBurger reported on the issue since August 2023 of the collapses occurring successively and at multiple points in the 50-year-old 900 mm fibre cement bulk sewer pipeline, which runs underground at a depth of 5 metres. The road was cordoned off for months, with motorists having to use alternative routes.

Ontstoke inwoner van Kuilsrivier het ernstige klagtes aan die lig gebring oor die toestand van die plaaslike begraafplaas, wat sy beskryf as “erger as ’n varkhok”. Sy woon nie ver van die begraafplaas af nie en sê die gemeenskap leef in vrees. Volgens haar is die terrein en omliggende gebied besaai met rommel wat vanaf mense se huise daarheen gebring word. Teëls word van mure afgebreek en mense gebruik die begraafplaas as slaapplek – selfs bo-op grafte.
“Daar was vroeër ’n kraan sodat besoekers water kon tap vir blomme by die grafte, maar van die mense het poedelnakend daar gestaan en hulself gewas, en die kraan oopgelos. Toe het die Stad dit verwyder,” sê sy. In een verontrustende voorval is sy aangeval toe sy ’n foto wou neem. “’n Man het oor die muur gespring, my gegryp en met my gestoei om my selfoon af te vat – dit was net twee weke oud en R10 000 werd. Ek is tydens die voorval beseer,” vertel sy. Sy vertel ook van ’n man wat ’n bed bo-op ’n graf gemaak het. “Mense wie se geliefdes hier begrawe is, het daarvoor betaal

A NATURAL GIFT According to Reygana, Faraz began cycling when he was almost 13 years old. "Both his father, Ahmed Khatieb, and his brother, Mihran Khatieb, are cyclists. Faraz grew up watching them and was naturally drawn to the sport. After just two years of cycling, he outrode his dad on Polkadraai. That's when we knew this wasn't just a hobby – he had real talent. - Gardeo Isaacs always a dream for him to represent his country. "To get that first medal after eight years still gives me goosebumps." Isaacs' athletic career started back in high school. He first started out to play soccer but laugh when he says he did not like the aspect where he had to work hard and the next person was just feeding from someone else. Also, the fact that one person was not accountable for the success of the team. When he went to high school, he did athletics. First without training before he realised he can do so much better with the training. The rest is history. Isaacs mentions he trains five days a week, three gym sessions. A typical training day for him ranges from two hours to two and a half hours. He advises those who would like to follow in his footsteps or dream of being any successful

26-year-old sprint and track athlete from Loevenstein in Bellville is still in awe after his latest achievement at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo. The event took place from Saturday 13 September to Sunday 21 September. Gardeo Isaacs says he still can't believe it. "It is still sinking in, and I must get used to a medal," he says in his family home still recovering from jet lag. He recently won a bronze medal at the Tokyo World Championship Athletics 2025 as part of the South African men's 4x400m relay team. The team secured the bronze medal with a time of 2:57.83 seconds, narrowly missing silver. Isaacs says the last time SA won a medal was in 2017. So, to him this means something major for the country, and it also means they are somehow headed in the right direction. He says for the next generation this was an inspiration. Isaacs says he's not doing this for himself but for his family and also the country, as this was

LIEFDE, DIE SIMBOLIEK WAT EK VANDAG AAN KERSBOME HEG. Buiten die Christelike en feestelike simboliek dink ek tog die Kersboom het in elke huis sy eie betekenis en tradisie. Vir baie is dit net nog 'n "feesmal" versiering. Sommige van ons gebruik dit as 'n verskoning om die kleinspan op Oukersaand vroeg in die bed te kry - want Kersvader gaan nie geskenke onder die boom los terwyl jy wakker is nie. Sommige, hoewel hulle Kersfees en Jesus se geboorte vier, slaan glad nie 'n Kersboom op nie, juis oor sy heidense wortels. Dit neem my terug na my kinderdae waar in die vroeë jare ons ook nie 'n Kersboom onder ons dak gehad het nie. Ons het op Kersoggend wakker geword met ons ouers wat al singend in die gang afkom. My pa met 'n lemoensak oor sy skouer waarin my en my broer se geskenke was. Hulle het dan op die voetenend van ons beddens gesit en gesels oor die ware betekenis van Kersfees terwyl ons ons nie-uitspattige Kersgeskenke oopgemaak het. Latere jare, toe een huishouding twee geword het, was daar in my ma se huis 'n Kersboom, maar nie by my pa nie. Dit was tot ek en broer een jaar so knaend geraak het dat hy 'n paar bougainvilleatakke gaan afknip en aan 'n boomstok vasgemaak het. Tot vandag toe is dit my gunsteling Kersboom ooit. Nie omdat hy teen sy waardes ingegee het op 'n tradisie waarin hy nie glo nie, maar oor die liefde waarmee dit gedoen is. Liefde, die simboliek wat ek vandag aan Kersbome heg. Dit het ook in my 'n voorliefde gekweek vir unieke Kersbome. Ek skep veel eerder my eie met klatergoud, viersierings en 'n paar stokke as wat ek 'n plastiekboom ten duurste in die winkels gaan koop. Maar maak nie saak watse Kersboom vanjaar in ons voorkamer opgeslaan gaan word nie, dit word met liefde gedoen. - CECILIA HUME

In die hartjie van die middestad troon daar vanjaar 'n Kersboom uit bo Kaapstad. Sover vasgestel kan word is dié skitterende 17m-lange "Kersboom van Hoop" op die dak van die Sky Hotel die hoogste van sy soort in Afrika. Dit dien boonop 'n goeie doel. Tesame met 'n geldinsamelingsdoel, waarmee vier plaaslike organisies ondersteun word, is dit ook 'n baken van eenheid, vrygewigheid, opheffing en, soos sy naam verklap, hoop. So na aan die moderne betekenis van die Kersboom - 'n simbool van lewe, hoop en die gees van Kersfees. Dit raak nogal interessant wanneer jy Google inspan en begin soek na die simboliek en ontstaan van die Kersboom. Dit het vroeë heidense wortels met antieke Egiptenare, Romeine, Druïde en Vikings wat tydens die wintersonstilstand immergroen takke gebruik om lewe en wedergeboorte gedurende die donkerste winterdae te simboliseer en die son se terugkeer te vier. Die meer moderne Kersboom se Christelike wortels lê in Duitsland waar families dennebome op 24 Desember, die feesdag van Adam en Eva, met appels en wafels versier het. Sedert die 16de eeu word hierdie tradisie in die huise ingebring en later met kerse versier - 'n tradisie wat aan Martin Luther toegeken word - om sterre na te boots wat deur takke skyn, wat Jesus se koms na die aarde simboliseer. Hierdie tradisie het in die 1800's na Engeland versprei vanwaar dit later na die res van die wêreld uitgebrei het. Vroeë versierings het vrugte, koekies, springmieliekranse en kerse ingesluit, voor vandag se kenmerkende glasballe en elektriese liggies hul verskyning gemaak het.

INTERNATIONAL STARS AT WYNBERG Dayaan Cassiem (Mitchells Plain) of South Africa fends off Benedict van Woerkom of New Zealand during the Nkosi cup at the Wynberg military base on Friday evening 12 December. Die fees word van 20 tot 22 Februarie 2026 by Meerendal buite Durbanville aangebied. Weg-stapfees is ’n lekker bederf vir stappers. Dis ’n naweek waar jy jou fiksheid vir die Vis-, die Otter- of die Amatolaroete in die veld kan toets en sommer lekker kan gesels met ander mense wat versot is op stap. Dit werk soos ’n pretloop, maar jy stap. Die eerste twee Weg-stapfeeste in 2024 en vanjaar was albei baie suksesvol en is deur duisende stappers bygewoon. Inskrywings vir die Kaapse Weg-stapfees is nou oop.

ASTANDE BY DIE STAPFEES Vrydag 20 Februarie: ’n 6 km-stap om 18:00 (geskik vir die hele gesin). Saterdag 21 Februarie: Kies of jy aan die 6 km-, 12 km- of 21 km-stap wil deelneem. Die verskillende pret-stappe spring op verskillende tye weg, maar almal is vroegoggend. Sondag 16 Februarie: 10 km-stap om 07:00. Die feesterrein is weer op die grasperk langs die proelokaal, en vanjaar sal daar koffie- en kosstalletjies wees. Daar word ook bier verkoop. By die ekspo-ruimte gaan jy verlei word deur die borge, Salomon en Cape Union Mart, se nuutste toerusting. Solal bederf die stappers op ’n heerlike manier.

STAPPERS KAN TUSSEN VERSKEIE STAPROETES EN AFSTANDE KIES
Wat die roetes betref is ’n paar veranderings gemaak. Die kort afstande, sowel as die Sondagroete, bly dieselfde. Op die Saterdag sal die 12 km-stappers in 2026 ’n hele nuwe roete stap, en die 25 kmroete word ingekort tot 21 km. Slegs die langste afstand, die 21 km, sal in 2026 oor Dorstberg loop. As jy nie in die omgewing woon nie, kan jy een van die kamers in die boetiekhotel op Meerendal bespreek of in een van die gastehuise in Durbanville bly. Bespreek plek in die hotel op Meerendal by dieselfde skakel waar jy inskryf. Maar jy moet spring, daar is net ’n handvol kamers beskikbaar.

VOORBEREIDING Die staptogte is alles op gruis- en grondpaaie – nooit teer nie. Die 21 kmroete loop oor Dorstberg (’n stywe bult op los klippe) en gewone tekkies gaan nie die mas opkom nie. Veral die 21 km-roete is ’n stewige stappie en ons raai deelnemers aan om goed voor te berei. Weg verkoop ’n oefenprogram, Weg-stapfiks, wat jou sal help om gewig te verloor en fiks te word. Kom nou!
