This sentimenttells thestory of adedicated search that spannedcontinents, afteranAustralianvisitor,LynnMatthews, wasreunited with herlostcellphone by Grassy Park resident andlocal upholsterer,ImpiazGool, on Saturday 14 March.

Matthewshad travelledtoSouth Africa fora specialfamilyreunion with 13 cousins, the first time they hadall been together in 36 years. During theirvisit,the groupenjoyed ahikeat Silvermine Nature Reserve. However, as they prepared to leave, tragedystruck.

“I foolishlyleftmymobilephone on theroof of ourcar as we were packingupafter the hike.Wedrove off unawareofmyroof-riding iPhone!” sherecalled.
