Pandor takes up Chancellor role
Dr Naledi Pandor has formally taken up her role as Chancellor of the Nelson Mandela University. Speaking at her installation on 8 April, Pandor expressed gratitude for the appointment and acknowledged the leadership that preceded her. She said she accepted the role with “hope and trust” that the institution would continue to embody those values as it strengthens its academic mission and societal contribution. Read more on page 4.
