Duration of the matches
Matches will consist of four quarters of seven minutes each.
Intervals
Between the 1st and 2nd quarter 1 minute
Between the 2nd and 3rd quarter 3 minutes
Between the 3rd and 4th quarter 1 minute
In between rounds 5 minutes
All teams in between rounds must be ready at their court by the beginning of the fourth quarter. Before the start of the match, the captains of both teams must toss on court for the ball and/or goal-ends.

Game management: The umpire will take time to apply game management, if needed.
Tactical changes: Tactical changes or rolling-subs are allowed after a goal has been scored. A player on court will give the proper hand signal. Time will be held for the tactical change. If the substitute is not immediately available, the player can enter the court during a break in play. Teams must ensure that they have two sets of bibs.
Match queries and complaints: The umpire’s decision is nal. Should any coach and/or team manager have queries and/or complaints after a match, you are welcome to refer them to the Competition Manager, Marielouw van der Merwe and/or the Technical Manager, Jeanette Gersbach for further clarication. Please do not get into any arguments.

Paarl Girls’ High School will host the Sportsmans Warehouse GHS Netball Festival. We are aware of the fact that the increase in trafc will test the patience of everybody. We therefore have measures in place. We ask all neighbours, spectators and parents to adhere to the following regulated trafc arrangements.

Trafc route:
• Turn left from Main Road into Zion Street (Bossa on your right)
• Turn left into Klein Bos-en-Dal Street
• Turn left into High Street (the school is on your right)
• Follow the road
• Do not park in front of any permanent residence. Vehicles will be towed.
• Turn left at the T-junction into Zeederberg Street towards the Main Road.
• Only residents from L’Ideal, staff members, ofcials and honorary guests may turn right in Zeederberg Street towards the GHS parking area.

PARKEERPLAN
Parkering by HMS is altyd ‘n uitdaging. Verkeer by die skool se parkeerterrein gaan gereguleer word en slegs mense wat voorsien is van ‘n brief/parkeerbandjie of plakker sal toegang tot die terrein verkry. Geen parkering kan vir alle personeel van skole verseker word nie. Beplan dus vroegtydig waar u wil parkeer.

Die straat aan die linkerkant voor die skool is gereserveer vir Noodvoertuie.

Parents may not park in High Street. Security will only allow Drop and Go and Pick-up and Go of their children during peak hours.
Gestremdes
Gestremdes verkry toegang by wedstryde. Skole moet hierdie inligting vroegtydig aan Marielouw van der Merwe kommunikeer, sodat die nodige reëlings getref kan word.
Netbal onder – Koshuisingang
Netbal bo – via parkeerterrein na die Astro of boonste netbalbane.

HMS-parkeerplan
• HMS-parkering: Slegs 70 parkeerplekke is beskikbaar.
• Slegs personeel, beamptes, afrigters, skeidsregters en eregaste kan op die terrein van HMS parkeer.
• Geen parkering kan vir alle personeel van ander skole verseker word nie. Beplan dus vroegtydig waar u wil parkeer.
Hoërskoolleerders word vriendelik versoek om gedurende die netbalfees nie met hul eie motors na die skool te kom nie.
Buses
Big buses may drop the players at the Strooidak Church. Learners will walk up Zeederberg Street toward the GHS
Parking area.

** No buses may park in High Street, behind Bossa and/or in front of the Strooidak Church on the Main Road.
Gholfkarretjie
• ‘n Gholfkarretjie word gebruik om ouer mense en gestremdes in Zeederberg-, Hoog- en Klein Boschen Dal straat te vervoer.
• HMS-personeel het ‘n parkeerskye wat hulle toegang tot die terrein sal verleen.
• Skeidsregters en beamptes wie se name op die besoekerslys is, sal toegang tot die parkeerterrein ontvang.
• Skoolhoofde, eregaste en borge sal ‘n hangertjie ontvang wat hulle toegang sal verleen om regs in Hoogstraat te parkeer.
• Permanete inwoners in Opper Klein Bosch en Dal, Zeederberg, L’ideaal en Hoogstraat sal twee lisensieskyes per huishouding ontvang – hierdie skyes kan by HMS afgehaal word.
• Parkering sal aangewys word. (Sekuriteit)
• Die hoofhek en klein hekkie langs die parkeerarea bly toe.

ONTRUIMING
Wanneer ‘n noodontruimingsprosedure in werking gestel word, sal die veiligheidsbeampte of -afgevaardigde die prosedure oor die sentrale klankstelsel aan die besoekers bekend maak.
Die verskillende dele op die sportvelde sal soos volg ontruim:
• Westekant van die Astroveld agter die skool ontruim suid verby die mediese sentrum (volg inligtingspyle) in ‘n oostelike rigting na die oop parkeerarea suid van die skool;
• Oostekant van die velde ontruim na die suidelike trappe en beweeg af teen die trappe en dan suidoos na die oop parkeerterrein.
• Die besoekers regs van die Astro in die omgewing van die snoepie ontruim in ‘n oostelike rigting langs die snoepie af tussen die skoolgeboue deur (volg inligtingspyle) na die voorkant van die skool, waarna ‘n mens na Hoogstraat beweeg. Besoekers aan die voorkant van die geboue beweeg suid in die rigting van die saal (volg inligtingspyle) en ontruim dan deur die oop hek na Hoogstraat.
• Tydens die ontruiming moet alle gas- en elektrisiteitstoestelle afgeskakel word voordat die gebied verlaat word.
• Alle waardevolle besittings, selfone, geld en klein hanteerbare eiendom moet, indien moontlik, saamgeneem word.
• Voorkom die vertraging van die ontruiming deur onnodige goed saam te dra.
Baie belangrik: MOENIE HARDLOOP NIE. WEES KALM EN LOOP FLINK.
