At the culinary cutting edge of what’s creating a stir The annual InfoChef event, organised by the Free State branch of the South African Chef’s Association, once again put on a display of the best the local culinary industry has to offer. Held at the Central University of Technology (CUT), Free State, on Thursday 16 April and Friday 17 April, chefs and industry representatives demonstrated products and techniques.
