Maintaining the hope and optimism of a new year A letter from our Provincial President We are now fully living in the year of 2022. Time is flying by. Remember when we were worried about what catastrophes could happen at the turn of the new Millennium? Those worries are 22 years behind us and we face new challenges. COVID-19 and its variants have changed our lives, our traditions, our activities. We have learned through it all how connected we are with our entire world and we have responsibilities for it. What I or we do affects another individual. February statistically is when New Year's Resolutions fall by the wayside and daily life continues on through a cold winter. Take time to ponder how you can still live in the hope and optimism of a new year: How will I be present this year so that I can delight in every person, and first of all, let go of what prevents me from doing that? What can and will I do differently? How well will I enter into the Mystery of God and trust that all shall be well? How will I make a difference? My prayer for you is that you will feel God’s great love for you and you will know that God delights in you. Raise the Paddle In-person or virtually raise your paddle to make a donation to the Notre Dame Sisters. This option will be open from March 19 until March 28.
