GHOST NOTES VOL. 3: N4N HALLOWEEN ALBUM FEATURING OUR TRACK “FORT KNOCKS”
This month at Porter Goodwill Boys & Girls Club, youth made beats, experienced recording, explored songwriting, and dove into a bit podcasting—turning ideas into sound and stories. Beyond music, these sessions built confidence, fostered collaboration, and gave young people a space to share their voices and talent. It’s inspiring to see their creativity and passion take center stage.
The creativity is in full swing! We’re excited to announce the release of the Notes for Notes Halloween Album, Ghost Notes Vol. 3, featuring hauntingly fun tracks brought to life by talented youth from across the N4N network. From eerie beats to catchy hooks, these young artists poured their imagination, skill, and passion for music into every track—including our very own submission, “Fort Knocks,” featuring youth from both Ira Samelson BGC and Bernal E. Smith Sr. BGC here in Memphis.
