The N4N X BGCGM Pilot will feature N4N core programming delivering group and individual instruction and production sessions focused on helping youth write, produce and record original songs. N4N will also launch new asynchronous educational sessions live streamed on Twitch to equitably reach ALL BGCGM members throughout Milwaukee.
‣Group Programming: Group production sessions focused on helping youth create original tracks as solo and group artists/ producers. ‣Twitch Streaming Courses: Weekly Twitch live sessions (+Q&A) focused on songwriting, production, mixing and mastering. ‣Individual/ Small Group: In-depth sessions for youth needing additional or more focused education/ guidance on their music. ‣Artists Visits: All BGCGM youth will have access to N4N national and local artist/industry digital artists visits. ‣Access to N4N Contests: As N4N members, participating BGCGM youth will have access to participate in all N4N national song contests. GROUP PROGRAMMING:
3 days a week | 2.5 hours a day (Split into two sessions) | up to 10 youth max per session | up to 50 - 200 unique youth a month | 1 N4N staff
TWITCH VIDEO COURSES:
1 day a week | 1 hour course length | 1 N4N staff | infinite number of youth can attend live & online library of videos after live stream
INDIVIDUAL/SMALL GROUP:
1 day a week | 1 hour a session | 1 N4N staff | up to 3 youth working on same project/ session type
