S.O. S.
SAVE OUR STUDIOS Dear Friends and Supporters, For 20 years, NOTES FOR NOTES has provided a stage for the next generation of voices. As we celebrate two decades of Producing Tomorrow’s Musicians, we find ourselves at a critical crossroads. We are reaching out to you with an urgent appeal to SAVE OUR STUDIOS (S.O.S.). Due to significant, unforeseen reductions in year-end revenue, we are facing an immediate funding challenge. This is an urgent situation that puts many of our 30 studios across the country at risk. Every year, over 8,000 YOUTH depend on these studios as safe, inspiring and educational spaces to explore, create, and record music. Because our program is entirely free for them, we rely 100% on the generosity of individuals, the music industry, and charitable institutions to keep the lights on and the music bumping. Despite this hurdle, our optimism for the future remains unshakable. The demand for our mission is higher than ever; we recently opened a new studio in Texas, with SIX MORE (fully funded) locations scheduled to launch in the next 6–12 months. Our impact is recognized and amplified by many voices across the industry—we’ve welcomed artists like ED SHEERAN, POST MALONE, CAROLINE JONES AND TUCKER WETMORE into our spaces, and we are currently partnered with RÜFÜS DU SOL on their world tour via a per-ticket giveback. However, to take advantage of these incredible opportunities and reach the next 20 years, we must first stabilize our organization’s foundation. We need your support to ensure our current studios remain open and to build the capacity necessary to meet the growing demand. Music changes lives, but it requires a place to happen. Please help us keep these doors open for the 8,000+ youth who call our studios home. With gratitude, The Notes for Notes Team
