Since launch N4N Digital has grown to reach 500 unique youth in a month and partnered with public school districts and municipalities to serve youth in public school distance learning as well as government sponsored workforce development programs through our custom curriculum and industry experience programs.

In 2021 we will continue to expand our reach through N4N Digital which now allows us to serve youth who can’t access N4N Studios because of transportation, pandemics, or the existence of one in their community (yet). Additionally, our work with schools and public agencies has opened new opportunities for funding that still make N4N programs FREE FOR YOUTH while creating earned income to sustain the organization. N4N Digital represents a host of new opportunities for reaching youth previously unexplored. We are currently piloting an N4N Satellite Studio model with new and existing partners featuring onsite micro-studios which N4N Team remotely program through N4N Digital. A lending library of home studio setups is currently in the works which will help more youth effectively connect with our digital programming and make music at home.

In 2021 we will be launching a new partnership with Republic Records where youth will learn about careers in the music industry directly from label team members in on-going 6 week sessions throughout the year, all for FREE. Also In the pipeline are partnerships with Soundcloud and KRK speakers that will help raise awareness of N4N Digital amongst more youth across the country. These partnerships represent a plethora of new resources for our members that were previously not possible at scale before the development of N4N Digital. Playback Payback is N4N’s pilot program focused on amping up our ability to reach more youth while at the same time supporting musicians and touring professionals who are currently unable to work due to the pandemic. Funds for this program will provide a stipend for musicians to work in N4N Digital helping N4N members produce their music and learn about careers in the industry from seasoned pros. This program represents the beginning of an N4N network of musicians and touring professionals that can continually engage with our members regardless of where either of them reside

THE N4N PODCAST hosted by Tae tunes listeners into the frequency of a young musician’s perspective on the music industry, creative process, and role music plays inspiring, challenging, and even angering everyone young and old. Celebrating a diverse range of music tastes, opinions, and introspective experiences from accomplished and up coming artists, producers, industry professionals as well as the next generation of artists within Notes for Notes, The N4N Podcast will give listeners an inside look into how music influences the creator and the listener. Seasoned with humor, unheard music and Jeff Goldblum impressions, the N4N The Podcast allows the listener to step inside the “speaker” to experience the total creative journey of a song. •
