SIMPLY STRUMMING ALONG The guitar circle continues to help inspire and teach N4N members the fundamentals of guitar and what can be accomplished by learning a couple chords. Gigi is working with LaMonte (BIG TAE) and Kelson in the picture on the left. While this was LaMonte’s first time in the guitar circle, Kelson came prepared to learn as well as helped teach finger positions of chords they were learning that day.
exCeptional C’s (HOWARD UNIVERSITY) An excited and talented group from Howard University visited the AJ BGC & Nashville South Studio during spring break to help with whatever is needed. The group that spent time in the studio, ended up recording on an original beat created by N4N members. the week ended on a high note with a music video uploaded to YouTube! The video gives great insight into what the recording process was like for the volunteers and youth working together.
