Gayle Artist Visit
Digital Workshop
We had our first artist visit June 30th with Gayle. She spoke with the youth about her personal and musical journey. She also played a bit of guitar and drums with the youth and listened to some of their tracks. She loved the group so much she even followed them all on TikTok. More Photos Here
This was my first time being involved with the digital sessions as my site was down for majority of the month. I visited 6 clubhouses and setup workspaces for digital programming as well as substituted for a few of the workshops as an instructor.

Rebels & N4N
Poetry Slam
All Staff Studio Tour
Running Rebels visited for a tour of the studio and discussed doing programming together to bring their youth to do a project with N4N. Some of the staff are musicians so we ended our meeting with a jam session!
Tuesday June 7th I collaborated with the 12th grade english class to host their end of the year poetry slam. Youth utilized the space to craft and deliver their own original poetry guided by Special Guest Marshall Davis-Jones, Myself and teacher Mr. Bell.
Monday June 6th we had a visit by Yung Dev, a producer from Milwaukee based out of Atlanta now. He’s fresh off of producing for Offset (Migos) Album. He’s been volunteering showing youth production as well as donating some beats for the program.
