GRADE A STAGE TEST (COMMAS) After weeks of rehearsals, the Grade A collective took the stage for their first mock performance, giving the team a chance to experience what a live show feels like before their official summer showcase. For many of these youth, this will be their first time performing in front of an audience, making this rehearsal far more than a soundcheck. The confidence, energy, and chemistry they displayed proved they are ready to bring their music to life on stage. It was an exciting glimpse into what promises to be an unforgettable final performance.

The Nashville East studio welcomed Jordan and a group of youth from Notes for Notes North Carolina for a collaborative recording session centered around music their choir had been developing back home. Bringing young artists together across state lines highlighted the strength of the Notes for Notes network and reinforced Nashville's role as a creative hub within the organization. Sessions like these give youth the opportunity to learn from new collaborators, build lasting connections, and create music that reaches beyond their own city.

THE RETURN OF D1XOO Professional producer and Nashville East alumnus D1xoo returned to the studio to pour back into the next generation of producers. Known for producing the hit record Pink Dreads by DDG and Plaqueboymax, which has accumulated over 40 million Spotify streams, Delali shared his experiences, creative process, and advice with aspiring producers while also discussing plans for an upcoming producer camp. His visit served as a powerful reminder that the same studio where youth begin their journey can also be the place where future industry professionals are born.
MS. JANAY FREESTYLE Community Center Manager Ms. Janay has always been one of the Power Youth program's biggest supporters, constantly encouraging participants and celebrating every milestone they achieve. During a rehearsal, she finally took the stage herself, delivering a freestyle alongside the youth and receiving nothing but cheers and encouragement. It was a fun, unforgettable moment that perfectly captured the spirit of genuine partner integration, proving that the strongest creative communities are built when everyone is willing to participate.
POWER YOUTH PRESENTS : GRADE A This year's Power Youth program brings together one unified team of young artists under the collective name Grade A, representing the standard of excellence they hope to achieve through their music. Throughout the summer they have written, recorded, photographed, and branded themselves as a true musical collective, even launching their own social media presence ahead of their debut showcase. Their journey will culminate on July 18, where months of creativity, collaboration, and hard work will come together in a live performance that celebrates everything they've accomplished.
