PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT For three weeks, clubhouse staff met up to go over different trainings including restorative justice, mandated reporter training, cleanliness of the facility, among other things. We had a great time getting to know each other better, and it culminated with a trip out to Ann Arbor to do teambuilding activities! During this time, I personally worked on studio goals and built out a curriculum for the upcoming 6 week summer camp held at the center.
BEGINNING OF SUMMER PROGRAMMING At the end of the month, we began our summer programming. We have a whole new group of youth who is in the studio and we are already having a blast jamming, and getting to work on songs together!
