SUMMER YOUTH With the school year wrapping up and our summer program getting underway, we're excited to welcome many new Youth to the studio. We can't wait to introduce everyone to the studio, the equipment, and all the creative opportunities it has to offer.
UKULELE One day, Camille surprised me by performing a song she had taught herself on the ukulele. It isn't the most popular instrument in our studio, but seeing her confidence and creativity reminded everyone that you don't have to play the most common instrument to make great music. I have a feeling her performance will inspire more youth to pick up a ukulele and give it a try. IPRACTICE MAKES PERFECT The piano is one of my favorite instruments to introduce to younger youth. With all the keys laid out right in front of them, it's easy to help them understand the basics and start playing simple songs. Watching a young musician build confidence so quickly is always rewarding, and by the end of a session, they're playing with the excitement and confidence of someone who's been doing it for years.

BAND TO BE One of the first projects of the summer comes from Madison. Throughout the school year, she had been hoping to record a cover of Gossip, but the friends she wanted to collaborate with weren't attending the clubhouse at the time. Now that summer is here, her crew is finally together, and they're bringing the song to life. We're excited to see—and hear—what they create together.
DRUM SOLO Calii never backs down from a challenge, and whatever she does, she gives it 100%. While she's a standout on the basketball court, she's just as impressive behind the drum kit. Every time the clubhouse puts on a performance, Calii is one of the first to volunteer. Her confidence, dedication, and willingness to step up make her a great role model, and it's always exciting to see her bring that same energy to the stage.
