Passing the Torch to the Youth I met Jaiden on my first day at Rosewood, he's got this ability to genuinely connect with anyone. I passed the torch to him on this day and watched as he lead vocal training for the singers. Jaiden has potential to be an audio engineer, I look forward to teaching him more about the craft and developing his skills even further.

Aaron has been one of my most consistent youth. He approaches drumming like an athlete, he's consistent, he visualizes the process and will slow down a tough drum groove to make sure he gets it right. It's always fun and inspiring to have Aaron in the studio.

Young Prodigies Here we have Jalil and Soren getting ready to record some music. Soren is driven, he's taking drum lessons outside of the studio to further his craft. Jalil is a natural at guitar, I heard him playing a melody and asked how long he's been playing guitar, he said "Since today!"

Band Practice with Ben and Hascall Hascall and Ben are both talented singer songwriters. The two are collaborating on a song together. They've got the lyrics down, now we're planning out the instrument layers before we officially record the song.
Rhythm is Natural I want to highlight Aaron this month for his consistency. This was a great moment, showing how early music can inspire us and get us moving!
