Every year, the youth come together to put on an open mic performance. The youth did such an excellent job this semester having completed 5 songs, 2 poetry/spoken word pieces, and several pieces of creative content. They were able to perform for their peers and enjoy some snacks as well. Once mixed, you’ll be able to hear all of our new tracks!
Last year’s star Janiyah (Official J) who is featured on the Take Note Album, came to support our open mic. We presented her with the Take Note Vinyl. She now goes by the artist name “Mou from the 6”.
