This month, Northwood and the community are joining together to support its very own, Dignified Living Program. The Dignified Living Program provides ongoing support to residents and clients who are struggling with medical needs like transportation to appointments, dental work, hearing aids, and other necessities that aren’t covered by the government, their insurance, or their income. Some examples of items funded are: • Foot care services • Dental care services and equipment • Vision care services and equipment • Travel costs for medicalrelated appointments • Mobility aids • Personal hygiene items The Dignified Living Program is unique to Northwood and helps those who need it the most.
