TOP 10 THINGS EVERY NSU FRESHMAN NEEDS TO KNOW. 1. Get Involved! Make the most of your college experience
by going to events. Check out Demon Days events in your #first42 days on campus.
2. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Take advantage of
tutoring, counseling, and career services, all free to utilize on campus.
3. It’s okay to change your major. Your academic advisor
should be your best friend; they just want to help you!
4. Make sure to check your student email daily. It’s our
official communication at NSU for everything from class cancellations to upcoming events.
5. Learn the NSU Fight Song and sing it loud and proud. It’s how we celebrate at sporting events, big events, and huge accomplishments.
