PUBLISHER’S NOTE

THE

STANDARD

There is always another level. Another production goal. Another milestone. Another team to build. Another version of yourself you know you are capable of becoming. One of the things I love about being around high-performing people is that the best of them never really believe they have arrived. They are proud of what they have built, but they are still hungry to grow. They continue to raise the standard for themselves. But I also think we have to be careful about how we define that standard. In real estate, it is easy to make everything about numbers. Production matters. Results matter. But there is a much bigger picture. There is a standard for how you treat people. How you respond when a deal falls apart. How you treat the agent sitting across the negotiating table. How you lead your team when things are difficult. How you serve your clients when nobody is watching. How 10 • September 2026

you handle success, and maybe even more importantly, how you handle failure. Those things may never show up on an MLS report, but they say a whole lot about who you are. On October 8th, hundreds of the best in DFW real estate will come together for the Real Producers ESPE Awards. This year’s theme is “The Standard”, and I don’t think we could have picked a better one. Yes, we are going to celebrate incredible production. We are going to recognize some amazing people, hand out awards, dress up, have some fun, and put on one heck of a show. But I hope the night represents something bigger than that. It’s a celebration of people who continue to raise the standard for themselves, their clients, their teams, their businesses, and this industry. The beautiful thing is that your standard doesn’t have to be someone else’s. In fact, I don’t think it should be. There will always be someone doing more, selling

more, growing faster, or accomplishing something you haven’t yet. Let that inspire you, not define you. Celebrate the greatness you see in others while continuing to pursue the greatness you know exists within yourself. The standard isn’t the person sitting next to you. The standard is the person you know you’re capable of becoming. Keep raising it.

ome people enter real estate because they love houses. Others are drawn to contracts, negotiations, or the excitement of the transaction. For Stacy Hampel, it has always been about something much deeper.

It’s about the people she helps. The homes matter, of course. The marketing matters. The strategy matters. But the thread woven through every chapter of Stacy’s life has been learning how to truly see others, care for them, and help them feel supported. Those lessons began long before she earned her real estate license, in the rolling countryside of Michigan, where compassion, discipline, and resilience became part of who she is. “I grew up in a really closeknit family with my parents and my older brother,” she says. “Each of them shaped me in different ways that really show up in who I am today.” Her mother taught her the value of organization and intentionality. Her father modeled generosity, becoming the kind of person 16 • September 2026

who “would give the shirt off his back to help someone, no questions asked.” Her brother challenged her to see situations from different perspectives, a quality that would later become invaluable when helping clients navigate emotional decisions. Life in the Irish Hills area of Michigan was filled with open fields, lakes, animals, and plenty of responsibility. Chickens, goats, lambs, and even stray animals became part of daily life. Caring for them cultivated empathy at an early age, while her grandparents added even more depth to her character. Her Mimi embodied strength and independence, while her grandfather rarely went anywhere without a camera, preserving everyday moments and turning them into meaningful lessons. As a child, Stacy also found another passion that would shape her confidence. Beginning around age seven, she immersed herself in baton twirling and dance, opportunities that eventually carried her far beyond her hometown. She performed in Ireland’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Dublin, marched twice in the Miss America Parade, placed in the Junior Olympics, and participated in the World

Championships at the University of Notre Dame. Those experiences, she says, “really built my confidence, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure.” At the same time, service was becoming another defining part of her identity. Through organizations like March of Dimes and Warm the Children, Stacy embraced volunteer work at an early age and even became one of the youngest team leaders in her community. Those experiences taught her that success was never just about personal achievement. It was about showing up for others. After studying advertising at Michigan State University, Stacy followed a dream that brought her hundreds of miles from home. She accepted a position with Texas Motor Speedway and Speedway Children’s Charities, beginning a journey that would ultimately shape both her career and her life. Moving to Texas immediately after college meant leaving behind everything familiar. “I didn’t know anyone in the area, and I was starting something

new,” she recalls. “It was very much a sink-or-swim situation.”

MY ADVICE TO AN UP-AND-COMING REAL PRODUCER WOULD HONESTLY BE:

JUST DO YOU.

That season required adaptability. After leaving the speedway, she worked in a Roanoke bar while figuring out her next step. An unexpected conversation with regular customers led to an opportunity at an advertising agency, launching a successful marketing career that eventually included leadership roles both in agencies and on the client side. Looking back, those years sharpened her communication skills, strategic thinking, ability to manage multiple projects and creativity. More importantly, they reinforced her ability to adapt whenever life required a new direction. Real estate entered the picture in a way Stacy never expected. While buying and later selling her own home, longtime real estate agent Rachael Brenneman noticed something. “You’re too good at this. You need to get your real estate license.” At first, Stacy laughed it off. But the idea stayed with her. Eventually, she realized that everything she had built throughout her career, from marketing strategy to client communication, fit naturally within real estate. Even more meaningful, the people who encouraged her into the industry became some of her first professional clients. One of those people was MaryAnn ComparinJones, a lender, who helped Stacy and her husband purchase their first home. “Rachael and MaryAnn both became my first marketing Fort Worth Real Producers • 17

“My advice to an up-and-coming real producer would honestly be: just do you.” She encourages others to avoid chasing awards or comparisons and instead build careers rooted in authenticity, consistency, and genuine service. Those values have become the foundation of her own success.

clients, and it ended up being a full-circle moment,” Stacy explains. “They helped us buy and sell our homes, encouraged me into real estate, and then trusted me professionally when I stepped out on my own. Even now, I still refer to them as my “big sisters” in the industry and in life. I truly wouldn’t be in real estate without the two of them.” Today, four-and-a-half years into her real estate career, Stacy has already built nearly $10 million in career sales volume while earning recognition as a 2026 Five Star Professional Rising Star, a Top 750 Fort Worth agent in Real Producers, and one of the top producers within her brokerage. Still, numbers have never been her primary measure of success. “Success looks like being able to do work that I genuinely love every day and build a life that feels aligned with who I am.” That perspective is evident in every client interaction. She enjoys educating buyers and sellers so they feel confident making decisions. She loves creating personalized closing gifts that reflect each family’s story. She celebrates milestones throughout every transaction because she 18 • September 2026

believes buying or selling a home deserves more than simply reaching the closing table. “I really like making people feel special and seen.” That philosophy extends beyond business. Her husband, Daniel, has become both her greatest supporter and her steady foundation. Whether helping install signs, celebrating closings, or simply navigating the unpredictable schedule that comes with real estate, his encouragement has strengthened both her personal life and professional journey. “It’s not just about me anymore,” she says. “It’s about us and the life we’re building together.” Together, they enjoy traveling, discovering new breweries, spending time near the water, and planning adventures around the world. They also cherish quiet moments with Lilly, their beloved 14-year-old Maltese mix, and Rhett, their 7-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, whose companionship provides a welcome balance to busy days. As Stacy continues growing her business, her focus remains remarkably simple.

When asked how she hopes people will remember her, Stacy’s answer reflects the same lessons she learned growing up in Michigan: caring for others, serving her community, and carrying forward the values instilled by the family who supported and encouraged her along the way. “I want to be remembered as someone who truly showed up for people.” In many ways, that is exactly what defines Stacy Hampel today. Not simply as a rising star in Fort Worth real estate, but as someone whose greatest achievement is making others feel seen, supported, and at home, long before they ever receive the keys.

CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF TEAMWORK, TRUST, AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN • PHOTOS BY KATHARINE GANN, DAYDREAM PHOTOGRAPHY

For 20 years, Independence Title has built its reputation on more than successful closings. It has built a culture centered on relationships, experience, and a team that genuinely enjoys helping others succeed. At the Arlington office, that commitment comes to life every day through the dedication of Branch Manager Sue Smith and her outstanding team of Lin Zabojnik, Shelly Taylor, and Mia Johnson.

Together, they represent decades of combined experience, creating

an environment where clients know they can expect knowledgeable guidance, responsive service, and a closing process that runs smoothly from beginning to end.

A Team That Feels Like Family One of the greatest strengths of Independence Title has always been its people. Many team members have worked together for years, building a level of trust and collaboration that benefits every client who walks through the door. “Our team spirit is unmatched,” Sue says. “We’ve worked together for many years, and we truly

enjoy helping each other and our clients succeed.” That sense of teamwork extends beyond the Arlington office. As Independence Title celebrates its 20th year in business, the company is

guided by Presidents Dustin Kellar and Matt Schultz, who also serve as the office’s attorneys. Their leadership provides both legal expertise and a deep understanding of the real estate industry, giving agents, lenders, and buyers confidence that they have experienced professionals supporting every transaction.

More Than a Closing For the Arlington team, every transaction represents more than paperwork. It represents someone’s next chapter. “What sets us apart is our strong relationships with our real estate partners and our years of service,” Sue explains. Those

relationships have been built through consistency, communication, and a genuine desire to help agents achieve their goals. Helping agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers navigate the closing process with confidence remains at the heart of everything they do. The team combines personal attention with innovative technology and ongoing

education, ensuring clients receive both efficiency and exceptional service.

Experience That Makes a Difference Many members of the Independence Title family began their careers in entrylevel positions and grew within the company, creating a team that understands every aspect of the title process from the ground up. Sue’s own career reflects that journey. After nearly four decades in the industry, she continues to be driven by the same purpose that first brought her into title insurance. “Helping real estate agents achieve their goals is what I’m most passionate about,” she says. That philosophy shapes the entire office. Whether solving an unexpected challenge, answering questions before closing, or simply being available when clients need them most, the Arlington team approaches every transaction with professionalism and care.

Built on Relationships The ideal client for Independence Title is someone looking for more than a title company. They are looking for a trusted partner. “Our ideal client is an agent or lender looking for a smooth closing process and cutting-edge training and technology,” Sue says. Combined with decades of expertise, dependable communication, and a willingness to solve problems before they 22 • September 2026

become obstacles, those qualities have made Independence Title a trusted resource throughout the real estate community.

Celebrating Success Together While the Arlington team takes pride in every successful closing, they know their greatest achievement is the relationships they’ve built over the years. “Our team loves celebrating success,” Sue says. As Independence Title celebrates 20 years in

business, that spirit of collaboration continues to define the company. With experienced professionals like Sue, Lin, Shelly, and Mia working alongside the leadership of Dustin Kellar and Matt Schultz, the Arlington office remains committed to delivering the exceptional service that has become the Independence Title standard. For this team, every closing is another opportunity to build trust, strengthen relationships, and help clients move confidently toward their next chapter.

COVER STORY

Tam & Hang

PHAN

CHAU

FROM ZERO TO $33 MILLION Five years ago, Tam Phan and Hang Chau arrived in Texas with little more than belief, determination, and a willingness to start over.

WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN • PHOTOS BY KATHARINE GANN, DAYDREAM PHOTOGRAPHY

They had no established network. No family nearby. No circle of friends ready to send referrals. What they did have was a shared vision and a deep understanding of what it means to build something from nothing. Today, as leaders of the Chau Phan Group with REAL Broker, the husbandand-wife team has built a thriving real estate business that generated more than $33 million in sales volume last year. They have also mentored and supported more than 450 agents across the country. Yet for Tam and Hang, the numbers tell only part of the story. The real story begins much earlier. Both Tam and Hang understand struggle because they lived it.

Growing up in California, he watched his parents work tirelessly to provide for their five children. “We did not have much money,” Tam says. “Watching my parents scrape every dollar they can for five children, I knew I didn’t want my own children to go through that.” Hang’s story carries similar roots. She came to America at age 19, landing in Connecticut with dreams of opportunity and a determination to create a better future. Her motivation was shaped by memories from Vietnam, where she watched her mother raise two daughters alone.

Tam’s family immigrated from Vietnam in 1985, arriving in America with almost nothing.

“Growing up in Vietnam, I watched a single mom raise two daughters selling peanuts on the streets, trying to get her children a better life,” Hang says. “I want to be able to retire my mom.”

“My family migrated here with nothing except a backpack and a few pieces of clothing,” he recalls.

Long before real estate entered their lives, both had already learned lessons about perseverance. Tam became a

24 • September 2026

serial entrepreneur, owning multiple cell phone stores throughout the Boston area. Hang started as a Starbucks barista while working part-time in a salon before eventually becoming a salon owner herself, operating her business for 15 years. Both enjoyed success, but both were searching for something more. For Tam, the turning point came when he realized he wanted greater control over his time and future. “After running all my businesses, I decided I needed more time freedom, so I started my real estate career,” he says. Hang’s path followed after meeting Tam. Years of working 10- to 12-hour days in the salon had taken their toll. “I was tired of working those long days,” she says. “I decided to try out real estate and got my license.” Even then, the journey was far from easy. Tam still remembers the uncertainty that came with starting in the industry. “It was a scary thought, not knowing what to do or where to start,” he says. “The brokerage I was with had good training on paperwork, but the hardest part was finding my first client.” The challenge became even greater when the couple decided to move to Texas five years ago. It was a calculated risk, but a risk nonetheless.

“We had to build everything from scratch,” Hang says. “Whatever we had left, we bought a house and used it to help us grow our business in Texas. We didn’t think we were going to make it.”

There’s a market for

every client out

there. DON’T GET DISCOURAGED.”

There were no shortcuts. No instant success stories. Just two people willing to outwork uncertainty. What followed was a remarkable transformation. The couple went from zero transactions in their first year in Texas to building one of the area’s most successful husband-and-wife real estate teams. For Tam and Hang, however, the achievement they are most proud of extends beyond production. “What excites me the most is building a business that helps clients and agents,” Tam says, “being able to get clients into a home they never knew they could own, helping investors make money, and helping other agents kickstart their careers.” That commitment to helping others is woven into everything they do.

Fort Worth Real Producers • 25

Their motivation remains deeply personal. “My biggest motivation is giving my family a life that I didn’t have growing up,” Tam says. For Hang, service remains at the center of everything she does. Outside of real estate, she dedicates time to charitable work in Southeast Asia and helping people whenever she can. She says simply, “I genuinely love helping clients and helping the community.” As they look toward the future, the couple is focused on scaling their business through technology while continuing to create opportunities for others. “My goal is to help more agents save time on each transaction and streamline their business,” Tam says. When asked what advice they would give to rising professionals entering the industry, their answer reflects the mindset that carried them from uncertainty to success.

In fact, one of the most defining moments of Tam’s career came from an experience that initially felt discouraging. “When I first started my career, I remember reaching out to people for help learning how to kickstart my business as a REALTOR®,” he says. “No one was there to give me advice.” The experience stayed with him. Rather than becoming bitter, he chose to become the mentor he wished he had found.

Today, they serve as mentors and leaders to more than 450 agents nationwide. Tam says his definition of success has evolved significantly over the years. “Success has changed a lot,” he explains. “Not only am I still able to help many clients with real estate, but we have become team leaders and mentors to agents across the country. The satisfaction of other agents becoming successful is heartwarming.”

“That’s why I love helping agents when help is needed because it’s a tough industry.”

Their leadership has also earned recognition within REAL Broker, where they have achieved Elite Agent status and built one of the fastest-growing organizations within the company.

That philosophy has helped the Chau Phan Group grow far beyond a traditional sales team.

Still, neither Tam nor Hang measures success solely through awards or production numbers.

26 • September 2026

“Never give up,” Tam says. “When times get tough, we have to get smarter. We have to be faster. There’s a market for every client out there. Don’t get discouraged.” Ultimately, Tam and Hang hope their legacy will not be defined by sales volume or accolades. Instead, they want to be remembered for the people they helped along the way. “I want to be remembered as someone that helped people,” Tam says, “agents that are in need. I don’t want people to be in my shoes when they first start their real estate career.” It is a mission rooted in gratitude, forged through hardship, and strengthened by experience. And it is the very foundation of everything Tam Phan and Hang Chau have built over the last five years.

Brittany

AGENT TO WATCH

Tromly

A Home Changes Everything WRITTEN BY KATHERINE H. FONDREN PHOTOS BY DESIREE ROBERTS PHOTOGRAPHY

28 • September 2026

T

here are moments in life that divide everything into a before and an after. For Brittany Tromly, those moments came more than once. She has stepped onto stages around the world as a professional dancer, rebuilt her life after personal hardship, established herself as a respected real estate professional, and recently found her way back to the entertainment industry by launching a second business that reconnects her with the passion that first shaped her. Her journey is not simply about changing careers. It is about discovering that every chapter, no matter how unexpected, prepares you for the next one. Born and raised in Southlake, Texas, Brittany grew up in a lively household with three sisters and parents who encouraged every dream she wanted to pursue. Dance became that dream early on. As a competitive dancer and later co-captain of the Carroll High School Emerald Belles, she learned that excellence is built one rehearsal at a time. She continued that pursuit at Oklahoma City University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance before embarking on a professional career that carried her across Europe, Asia, Guam, and eventually to Las Vegas. For more than a decade, Las Vegas was home. Brittany performed in more than 30 production shows while also choreographing

performances and corporate events. Looking back, she realizes those years taught her far more than choreography. “Dancers learn early that rejection isn’t personal,” she says. “You hear ‘no’ far more often than ‘yes’ and you have to learn to keep showing up anyways. Rejection is part of the process, not a reflection of your worth.” That mindset would later become one of her greatest strengths. Her transition into real estate began with an experience she wishes no homeowner would ever have. After purchasing what she describes as a “money pit,” Brittany discovered firsthand what happens when buyers are not fully educated throughout the process. Major roof problems eventually led to catastrophic water damage, leaving her family with an overwhelming financial burden. “I don’t feel like we were properly educated during the home-buying process,” she recalls. “I often felt like my questions were brushed aside.” The experience permanently changed how she viewed the profession. She realized a real estate agent should be more than someone who unlocks doors. They should educate, advocate, and protect their clients from making costly mistakes. At nearly the same time, Las Vegas introduced a major entertainment tax that caused dozens of shows to

close almost overnight. The career she had built was suddenly uncertain. Rather than allowing those setbacks to define her, Brittany chose to reinvent herself. She joined Home Warranty of America, immersing herself in an entirely unfamiliar industry before eventually transferring back to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Spending two years educating real estate professionals only strengthened her desire to become one herself. “I wanted to be part of the transaction itself rather

than supporting it from the outside,” she says. Even then, the road forward was anything but easy. While changing careers, Brittany was also navigating one of the most difficult seasons of her life. After months of hospital bedrest during a high-risk pregnancy, welcoming her son, and working to regain her strength, she found herself facing divorce while raising a young child away from family. Those experiences could have discouraged anyone. Instead, they became the foundation of the Fort Worth Real Producers • 29

Her definition of success, however, reaches far beyond awards. “Success isn’t just about production numbers or awards,” she says. “Success is creating a life where you’re financially comfortable... and having the flexibility to be present for the moments that matter most.” That perspective recently inspired another exciting chapter.

empathy that defines her business today. “I understand what it feels like to start over with high debt, tight budgets, and little help,” she says. “Whether someone is buying their first home, going through a divorce, relocating, or headed to foreclosure, I don’t judge their situation. I simply want to help them reach their goal.” That compassion naturally draws her toward clients who have often been overlooked. “My favorite part of being a REALTOR® is helping the clients who have been overlooked or told ‘no,’” she explains. “Turning ‘I can’t buy a home’ into ‘I just got the keys to my first house’ is incredibly rewarding.” One closing remains especially meaningful. After helping a young woman purchase her very first home on her own, Brittany presented her with a personalized doormat reading, “A Home Changes Everything.” 30 • September 2026

“The moment I handed it to her, she sat there and bawled crying,” Brittany remembers. “Something inside her was a very proud moment for herself.” Those are the victories that matter most to her. Although she entered the industry feeling overwhelmed by the lack of formal training, Brittany committed herself to constant learning. She credits mentors who patiently answered countless questions while encouraging her to keep growing. That determination helped her complete 14 transactions and nearly $4 million in sales during her very first year. Today, she has closed 94 transactions totaling more than $31 million in career volume, earned her broker’s license, been recognized as a Real Producers honoree, and received the MetroTex 40 Over 40 Award, an achievement she values because it recognizes leadership, measurable results, and community impact.

Only months ago, Brittany launched DFW Talent Vault, a business providing professional entertainment for corporate events, hotels, galas, and private celebrations. The company brings dancers, singers, bands, specialty performers, celebrity impersonators, and other entertainers together, allowing Brittany to reconnect with the creative world she never truly left behind. “It’s finally allowed me to invest in a dream I’ve had for years,” she says. “It’s more than just another business. It’s a way to reconnect with the creative side of who I am.” Her advice to others reflects the lessons she has learned in a quote from Jo Rowan, Director of OKC University’s dance program. “There’s no such thing as good luck; luck is preparation meeting opportunity.” If Brittany hopes readers remember one thing, it is this: starting over is not failure. It is often the beginning of something even greater.

“I’ve reinvented my career, rebuilt my life, and learned that some of the greatest opportunities come from taking a chance on yourself,” she says. “Don’t let fear or someone else’s opinion convince you that you can’t do something. If you’re willing to put in the work, stay humble enough to keep learning, and trust yourself through the process, incredible things are possible.” In a profession built on helping people navigate change, Brittany Tromly understands something many never will. Sometimes the hardest transitions become the very experiences that allow you to guide others home.

EVENT RECAP

NORTH FORT WORTH & FORT WORTH MASTERCLASS The Client Whisperer PHOTOA BY SCOTT PEEK PHOTOGRAPHY, LLC

34 • September 2026

O

ur latest North Fort Worth/Fort Worth Real Producers Masterclass of 2026 was held on August 5th, and this one was all about understanding people. The energy was high, the room was engaged, and for a morning event, coffee was surprisingly optional. Wayne Salmans led an interactive Masterclass called “The Client Whisperer,” diving into how some of the best in the business read people, calm emotions, navigate tough conversations, and ultimately move clients to action. Because knowing the market is only part of the job. The best agents and businesses also know how to understand the person sitting across from them. Attendees learned practical ways to better understand what clients are really thinking, build trust, calm nervous buyers, navigate difficult sellers, handle resistance, and communicate recommendations in a way people can actually hear and accept. The goal isn’t to manipulate people. It’s to understand them well enough to confidently lead them. Another great morning of learning, connection, and getting better together. This is what our Real Producers Masterclasses are all about. Thank you to ALL our RP Preferred Partners and especially our event sponsors: Black Tie Moving Nick Drescher, Nick the TX Broker Shaddock Homes Goosehead Insurance Meadows Garage Doors Home Mortgage Express Veritas Roofing American Home Shield Grateful for everyone who joined us and helped make this Masterclass of 2026 such a great one. We’ll see you at the ESPE Awards on October 8th!

Q: Can I be featured?

Real Producers

FAQ

Real Producers Magazine is a national franchise that started in Indianapolis in 2015 and is now in over 130 markets across the nation and continues to spread rapidly. DFW has four Real Producers Communities: North Dallas, Dallas, North Fort Worth, and Fort Worth Real Producers. Q: What is the goal of Real Producers? A: We believe that we are better together. When we surround ourselves with other successful, like-minded people, we grow to new heights. Real Producers is a platform that brings together the most elite individuals in DFW real estate. We take the highest producing real estate agents, and RP-vetted businesses in every market, and build an exclusive community around that group. We share their stories, successes, upcoming events, and educate – really anything that will connect, inform and inspire, we put in our monthly publication.

A: If you are in the Top 1000, you have the opportunity to be featured! We love nominations and take them seriously. If you’d like to be considered for a feature, or if you would like to nominate someone, you can email team@dfwrealproducers.com.

Q: What does it cost to be featured as an RP Top Agent? A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. How, you ask? Because of the businesses that your peers have recommended, who partner with Real Producers, and invest in this community to support you. These companies have all been recommended by top agents and have been vetted by us to ensure they are of the highest quality. So instead of you paying $5k - $10k for this feature…they cover all those costs for you! Pretty incredible, right?

Q: Does Real Producers host events? A: Yes, we host many different events throughout the year! Some large 400-800 people, some 75-250 people, and other more intimate events that are 30-50 people. We do Social Events, Magazine Celebration Events, an Awards Gala, and Masterclass Events. You can see quick recaps of some of our events under the “Events” tab on our website. For our events, we invite the top 1000 real estate agents and our RP-vetted businesses. The Top 1000 agents are allowed to invite agents on their team, as well. These events are an incredible opportunity to connect with the best in DFW real estate. It is amazing to see the power in the connection made at these events. Be on the lookout for your exclusive invites!

Q: Who are the RP Vetted Businesses? At Real Producers, we believe we are one person, one conversation, or one idea away from everything in our business and life changing. With this powerhouse community, it happens all the time.

Q: How do you become a Real Producers Top Agent? A: In all of DFW, there are roughly 60,000 licensed agents, meaning there are ~15,000 agents in each of our four communities. We rank all those agents based off their yearly MLS sales volume. In years past, we congratulated the Top 500 Agents, and we still are, but in 2026, we are adding a other groups to our community… all in the RP Top 1000! These agents are in the top 6%.

A: They are some of the best businesses in DFW in their category! You can find them listed in our index and their ad in the magazine. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. Each business has come recommended by your peers, the top producing real estate agents in the market. Our team will further vet every business to make sure they are a good fit and bring value to our community. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network, not only for the best real estate agents in the area but the best businesses, as well, so we can grow stronger together.

Q: Who receives Real Producers Magazine?

Q: Can I nominate an agent or recommend a business?

A: The Top 1000 agents in each community will receive the digital magazine for the year. The Top 500 agents

A: Absolutely! Email your nominations and recommendations to team@dfwrealproducers.com.
