Serving the Cowichan area, our flagship facility features a fullfeatured aquatic venue that includes a wave pool, lazy river, twin water slides, 8 lane 25-metre competitive lap pool, steam room, sauna and swirl pool. Additionally, we feature an abundance of fitness classes, a full fitness centre, meeting spaces, birthday parties and more.

Serving North Cowichan and the surrounding area, this arena provides an excellent ice skating surface, two meeting rooms, and ample parking to handle a variety of activities. In addition, it is home to a variety of programs and is the recreation base for the communities of Chemainus and Crofton.

From time to time we all end up with unexpected emergencies or interruptions.
Your plans have changed; You have to cancel:
A refund will be issued if we receive the applicable withdrawal notification. Programs and lessons require five (5) or more days’ notice prior to the course start date. Camps, certification courses, and facility bookings require seven (7) or more days’ notice prior to the course start date. If appropriate notice is not given, no refund will be issued. There may be other exceptions to these guidelines. In some cases, these exceptions will be noted in the individual course description. To request a refund, please contact the facility that is offering your program. All refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee.

Medical Withdrawals:
In cases of extended illness or injury, a prorated refund or credit may be granted upon the provision of a medical note Classes missed due to sickness, vacation, or other reasons will not be refunded or credited
We have to cancel:
A 100% refund is granted when we cancel a program (instructor illness, facility closure, etc.). If a class has to be cancelled, an additional one will be added at the end of the session whenever possible.
Refund Processing:
Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the initial payment. Payments made by cash, cheque, or debit will be refunded by cheque or an account credit. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks’ processing time.

Trainers provide individual attention, safe and effective exercises, proper form correction, and help in setting realistic goals. Sessions build confidence, add variety, and can be tailored to sport-specific needs.
Aquatic training offers benefits that are equal to-or even greater- than land-based exercise. Thanks to the water’s ability to support body weight, reduce joint stress, enhance full body circulation and aid in pain relief and post operative recovery. This is NOT swimming lessons
