Patrick Lose made quite a splash when he fell into the quilting world with his distinctive and colorful style. He became instantly well-known for his playful novelty designs and trendsetting basics, which he’s created over the 30+ years he’s spent designing cotton fabric collections for the industry’s leading companies and, now, for Patrick Lose Fabrics, a division of Northcott. As an author of dozens of quilting and crafting publications, he generously shares so many of his creative talents. Revered by quilters for his unique method of mixing everything from traditional piecing to contemporary and easy-to-achieve appliqué techniques, he focuses on creating a variety that attracts quilters of all ages and styles. His own quilts, crafts, clothing, and home-decorating accessories have graced the pages of such distinguished magazines as Better Homes & Gardens, American Patchwork and Quilting, Country Crafts, Christmas Ideas, Halloween Tricks & Treats, Love of Quilting and his own Celebrations in Quilting.
