Step 1: Login or create an account at am.ticketmaster.com/NCCPAC
Step 2: Select the top menu tab, “BUY TICKETS”
Step 3: Select your preferred series time
Step 4: Select the + button in the right-hand corner and zoom in on the map until seats start to populate. Each available seat is a blue dot on the seating map. Select your desired seats and add them to your cart.
Step 5: Click the shopping cart icon once you’re finished selecting your seats. Review your selection, select checkout, and continue to the payment process.
Step 6: Select Pay In Full or enroll in an available payment plan if applicable. Review your selection, accept the terms and conditions, and select Pay Today to process your payment.
HOW TO RENEW
Login to Account Manager, your renewal invoice will be located in the “Invoices” tab starting on Monday, April 20, 2026.
Need to Make Changes to Your Season Seats, Cancel, or Switch to a Payment Plan?
Starting April 20, contact our Ticket Office by email or phone to change your season ticket package subscriptions.
Please include in your request if you’d like to change your package seats to a different series time. Upgrades will be live online via Account Manager from May 8-10. Further information will be sent prior to the start of the upgrade period. You must renew your seats to be eligible for the upgrade period.
CONVENIENT PAYMENT PLANS
With a $50 deposit, you can secure your season seat with a payment plan. There is no additional charge to enroll into a payment plan – your deposit applies towards your overall balance due. Payment plans can be set up when paying your renewal invoice or when purchasing new season tickets online through Account Manager. If you have questions regarding payment plans, please contact us.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SEASON PACKAGE?
Our 2026-2027 Best of Broadway subscription package includes a same seat ticket and parking pass for six shows. Shows included in this season are Mrs. Doubtfire, The Bodyguard, A Beautiful Noise, Hamilton, The Notebook, and Hell’s Kitchen.
The Book of Mormon and Bluey’s Big Play are optional add-on shows that are an additional cost to subscribers.
DO I HAVE TO BUY ALL SHOWS ADVERTISED?
As a Broadway season subscriber, you are subscribing to a six-show package. The 2026-2027 season pricing includes six shows only. The Book of Mormon and Bluey’s Big Play are optional add-on shows that are an additional cost to subscribers.
IF I CANNOT ATTEND A SHOW, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Your ticket can be exchanged for a different showing; subject to availability. Please note, we cannot exchange the tickets for a different show in the package. Please refer to the ‘Ticket Exchanges’ section below for more information.
TICKET EXCHANGES
• Ticket exchanges are available and will go live on Account Manager after each show goes on-sale to the public for single ticket purchases.*
• Exchange Fee Online via Account Manager: $2 per Ticket
• Exchange Fee via Advance Ticket Office: $4 per Ticket
• If exchanging tickets into a higher priced performance day/time subscriber will have to pay the difference in ticket price plus the exchange fee.
• Your newly exchanged tickets will be mobile and can be accessed by logging in to your Account Manager Account.
• We recommend you make exchanges as soon as single tickets go publicly on sale for best availability. Comparable seating cannot be guaranteed and exchanges are subject to availability.
• Exchanges must be made 72 hours prior to the show opening. Account Manager and the Advance Ticket Office will be unable to accommodate exchanges made after this deadline.
*Please note that individual titles may occasionally restrict the exchange period or prohibit exchanges. For the 2026-2027 season, Hamilton exchanges must be completed prior to public on-sale.
TO SIT WITH FRIENDS, DO WE NEED TO BUY TOGETHER?
Yes, if you want to sit with your friends, please make sure you coordinate buying the tickets together. We recommend purchasing at the same time at the Advance Ticket Office or purchasing together online via one account in Account Manager.
PARKING
Our parking passes are complimentary for subscribers. With this pass, the parking fee is waived for Broadway subscribers attending Broadway events. It does not guarantee a reserved space. We have multiple buildings on property that may host events at the same time or near your performance time. Please plan to arrive early for the best available parking. One parking pass is provided for every two tickets purchased in an account. We can assign additional parking passes based on availability. Please email us to submit a request for additional parking passes.
ACCESSIBILITY
The venue has ADA parking, seating, viewing, and assisted listening accommodations. Please reach out in advance of the show date for ADA assistance and information. For American Sign Language (ASL) services please contact the Advance Ticket Office at least four weeks before the show 843-202ARTS (2787) - AccountManager@NorthCharlestonColiseumPAC.com.
ARE BROADWAY SHOWS APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN?
Broadway performances are generally not recommended for children under the age of 4, but recommendations vary widely depending on the show. We suggest following individual show age guidelines and reading the synopsis ahead of time. All ages must have a ticket for entry to the venue.
WILL MY SEASON TICKETS BE MAILED?
Season ticket packages will be mailed in late summer 2026, approximately one month prior to the season beginning in October. Be sure to verify or update your current mailing address in your Account Manager account to prevent delivery delays. Keep track of your show dates and manage mobile tickets in Account Manager. We recommend downloading the NCCPAC app to access Account Manager via your smartphone.
