Ideal for progressing, the larger sizes provide a stable set-up for learning to wing foil or towing behind a boat. These wings easily generate a great amount of lift without the need to pump, and are super stable so you can focus more on your wing in your hands.
The foil section prioritises pitch stability, early takeoffs and low stall speed. More sweep in the TE than the smaller size helps to make these big wings more manoeuvrable and easier to turn. More anhedral provides directional stability.
All Front Wings (except the MA2400v2) are Carbon Prepreg. We’ve also engineered the MA2100v2 and MA1850v2 in an affordable Prime pre-preg e-glass construction, offering the same high performance, durability and impact resistance as the carbon pre-preg.

The foil section is focused more on low drag when up on the foil, reasonable take-off and stall speeds. The outline balances efficiency and manoeuvrability. Offering a frictionless sensation of glide at slower speeds, the Surf Series Front Wings are responsive and agile, with intuitive recovery. A refined balance of roll stability and manoeuvrability gives you confidence during pumping and take-offs, and the ability to initiate smooth and powerful rail-to-rail carves, while the reduced distance between the mast and front wing makes for faster, tighter pivoting turns. The foil is highly forgiving to angle of attack change, which means you don’t need perfect pumping technique to stay on the foil. We’ve kept the span similar between the three larger sizes, to provide the same ride feel. The smaller sizes are fast, manoeuvrable and responsive with highly efficient glide at higher speeds or for lighter riders.

The Surf Stabilizers have a low stall speed to complement that of the SF Series Front Wings. The minimal sweep outline improves low-speed performance and effectively reduces fuselage length compared to swept stabilizers. Tips curve upwards in the larger sizes to provide directional stability, inspiring confidence during take-offs and grip in turns. Advanced riders who are seeking a looser feel may choose to remove the wingtips on the S185, using the dashed guideline graphic, to create a completely flat stabilizer. The S145v2 has an andedral rondure which loosens up the Front Wing in the roll axis.

Its small size and high aspect ratio (11.2) unlock maximum speed and glide, and the anhedral rondure loosens up the roll axis, increasing the manoeuvrability of wider-span front wings. Recommended with our smaller DW690 to DW820, the S122 could also be used for prone foiling by advanced riders seeking speed and glide combined with a loose feel.
S192
Relaxed, speedy, flowy and effortless - an intermediate rider will find the S192 super stable and easy to pump when paired with the smaller Downwind Front Wings. The S192 also pumps efficiently with the Surf Series, is ideal for charging white wash and bigger surf and has so much glide you can pump around to connect waves with ease. For winging, pair the S192 with the bigger Downwind Foils - the glide is the stand-out factor.
S142
The S142 is higher performance, crazy fast and whippy. Your average rider may find it a little more advanced for pumping, but with enough grunt to dig out if you need to. Supercharge your setup for speed with the new High Modulus Mast and smaller Downwind foils. The S142 has enough holding power to take you right up to the DW1400, but we recommend the S192 for the larger Downwind Foils.

SONAR STABILIZER SHIM KIT
The rear Stabilizer’s main role is to maintain a level and stable flight path. However, conditions and user preference may change what stabilizer angle feels the best (aka the sweet spot).
The smallest tweak in the AOA can improve comfort, reduce fatigue, change the cadence of your pump or the turning radius of your carve, allowing you to increase/ decrease your front and rear foot pressure without changing your foot position.
With the Sonar Shim Kit you can stack multiple shims, from -0.5 to +2.5 degrees. Positive shimming will increase front foot pressure. Negative shimming will reduce front foot pressure. The full stack (+2.5deg) creates the maximum recommended AOA to ensure your stabilizer is still effective without creating drag.

To trim the board more nose-up
If your board is trimmed too nose-down at speed when powered riding, add the shim with the thick edge under the leading edge of the mast. This will enable you to gain back a more comfortable stance and control over the board, preventing nose drops at higher speeds.

The UHM80 favours disciplines without wind power - prone surf, pump and downwind. The shorter chord length over the entire mast length reduces drag and increases manoeuvrability. This delivers more glide, more efficient pumping, and quicker turns.
UHM85
The UHM85 covers all disciplines, with a focus on wingfoiling. Wind-powered disciplines require edging against the wind to create forward drive. Some of this drive comes from the front wing and some comes from the mast. To efficiently provide this drive, the chord length in the submerged part of the mast is slightly longer. It increases near the top of the mast to maximise stiffness with no drag penalty, as this part of the mast is clear of the water once on foil.

Our new Sonar UHM95 Ultra High-Modulus Carbon mast exceeds the bending and torsional stiffness of the CF95 Carbon Masts, while reducing thickness and, hence, drag.
UHM105
The UHM105 has been optimised for racing. The thickness of the submerged part of the mast is a further 1mm thinner than the UHM80 and UHM85, to provide maximum top-end speed. As a result this mast is not for jumping. Like the UHM85, the chord length in the submerged region has been tailored to provide good upwind drive, while the chord length increases above the waterline to maximise stiffness.

What is Ultra High Modulus?
Modulus of Elasticity (E) is a measurement of the stiffness of a material and is defined as the ratio of stress to strain when the material is deformed. The higher the modulus, the stiffer the material (i.e., the greater the stress necessary to cause deformation).
Ultra High Modulus carbon fibers are created through specialised heat treatment processes. The fiber will produce a part that is much stiffer but with lower tensile strength.

Lightweight high-tensile N-Weave45 material in the strut and the LE centre segment gives the wing a reactive and direct feel with a crisp input response, and more forgiving Dacron wing tips.
MATRIX CANOPY
High-performance stretch-resistant wing canopy material specifically designed to handle the higher loads of the N-Weave45 airframe, and provide greater structural integrity for longer.
HYBRID MATRIX N-HTRS CANOPY

We’ve refined the panel layout to spread the direction of load evenly across the canopy. The radial layout helps to stabilize the wingtips and increases tension under load.

Internal ribs between the two canopy layers reduce the Trailing Edge thickness, for lower drag and a cleaner release.

RADIAL LOAD DIFFUSION
Radial load diffusers reinforce the strut tail and wingtips, working in harmony with the radial panel layout to distribute tension more evenly in defined load directions for reduced drag.
REDUCED TIP STRIKE
The lower span width means you’re less likely to catch a wingtip, while the wingtip curvature means if you do touch the water, there’s less drag and an improved chance of recovery.
RECYCLED POLYESTER WING BAG
Expands to fit an 1100mm Boom for convenient storage even when the boom is attached to the wing. We recommend removing your ShiftLock handles for longer haul travel.

The profile depth, outline and airframe stiffness are optimised for maximum power, and the dihedral helps stabilize the wing, for easy handling and user-friendliness across a wider wind range.
THINNER LEADING EDGE
Reduced LE diameter creates a lighter weight, more agile and streamlined wing, with a slimmer overall profile, for reduced drag and better upwind angles. Carbon UDi helps maintain stiffness.
DETACHABLE LOW DRAG TOW HANDLE
The lightweight and minimalist depower handle is aerodynamically optimised. The handle can be removed for additional drag reduction.
LIGHTWEIGHT INFILL PANEL
The infill panel between the strut and canopy helps the wing to maintain a better profile shape under load.
WINGTIP SEAM PROTECTION
To maximise protection against abrasion, the closing seam at the wingtip is rolled inward, shielding it from direct contact with rough surfaces and reducing the risk of wear.

We’ve created a partial double skin up front by sewing two layers of lightweight canopy material together with the vertical ribs, similar to a RAM-air kite, for effortless upwind and speed.

The wing’s LE and canopy, bar, and bridles are colour-coded, so you can quickly identify the leading and trailing edges, orient and redeploy your wing easily.
