Dear Alumni, Families and Friends,

We are delighted to invite you to Norfolk Collegiate’s Homecoming Weekend! Whether you’re an alum returning to catch up with classmates, a family cheering on the sidelines or a friend reconnecting with our community, we’re so excited to see you.

This weekend is filled with opportunities to celebrate what makes Collegiate special—from the Friday night Oyster Roast to Saturday’s Fall Fair packed with family fun, games and school spirit, and, of course, the class reunions throughout the weekend. These traditions not only bring us together but also remind us of the strength and warmth of our Collegiate community.

As we look back with pride, we also look ahead with purpose. Your support through Homecoming Weekend plays a vital role in advancing our mission, enriching student experiences, and sustaining the programs and people that define our school. From academics and arts to athletics and community service, every gift fuels the Collegiate Education and Collegiate Experience we are proud to offer our students every day.

Thank you for your continued support, and enjoy a wonderful Homecoming Weekend!

We will need volunteers for:

• Setup & breakdown

• Volunteer check-in coordinators

• Activity booth and game attendants*

• Collegiate Corner attendants

* Students in grades 6-12 also will have the opportunity to sign up for volunteer shifts via the SignUp Genius links that will be emailed to all current parents.

ATTENTION MIDDLE & UPPER SCHOOL STUDENTS!

FUNDRAISE FOR YOUR STUDENT CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

• It is not too early to think about what clubs you will be joining or continue to join. This is a GREAT opportunity to fundraise for your club or for an organization, such as Morgan’s Message, the Foodbank or Operation Smile, to name a few.

• Offer an activity, a game at Fall Fair or sell baked goods (or a pre-made one) and the proceeds will go to your club or organization of choice! Activities can range from face painting, paint-a-pumpkin, sell donuts, temporary tattoos and so much more!
