That is a powerful and ambitious statement, but it is one we truly believe in. Since 2009, we have worked hard to really understand how our work has created frequently life-changing impacts with thousands of people across the East of England and beyond.
We know we can’t achieve that ambition alone; instead, we want to work alongside partners like you to make it a reality. We aren’t asking for handouts; what we are asking for is a conversation, a mutually beneficial one, where your support helps you demonstrate social outcomes, improves staff retention and satisfies customers’ expectations around your social impact.

Who we are
What started as an idea around a kitchen table in 2009 has grown into a multi-award winning UK top 100 social enterprise, working across the East of England.

Simon Glenister, Founder & CEO
Simon founded Noise Solution in 2009, fusing parallel careers as a professional musician and youth worker
Damien Ribbans, Operations Director
Damien joined Noise Solution in 2016, with 25 years experience in the Third sector across disability, mental health, homelessness and older peoples organisations.
Semra Sahinoglu, Project Manager
Semra joined Noise Solution in 2022, and is the glue which holds the entire organisation together!

The Harvard Business School states that 77% of consumers are more likely to use companies that are committed to making the world a better place. Statistics are also clear that there are huge benefits internally such as higher staff retention, as your staff are also invested in solving social issues.

Youth Mental Health: We create spaces where young people can feel good about themselves, and share this positivity with others.
Improving well-being: We understand and utilise the latest evidenced approaches to improving well-being, and regularly present at Universities such as Cambridge and New York.
Relieving pressure on systems by saving families/services money: Our changes in wellbeing and outcomes equate to savings for families and services of over £6 million a year.
Young women: In a world where young women’s well-being is significantly lower than men’s, we can have twice as much impact on improving well-being with young women as young men.

Solving systemic issues with digital tools: We’re at the forefront of developing innovative approaches to digital outcomes analysis and have won national and international awards for our sector-leading work in this field.
Engaging those young people facing huge challenges: County Lines? Care experienced? Those facing challenges around neurodiversity and trauma? We see 75% attendance and over 80% completion from participants referred because of challenges around engagement faced by other services.
LGBTQ+: An important population to our work, we’re working closely with this community providing safe, successful spaces where their voice can be genuinely heard
