Message from the Director & Recreation Manager As the seasons change, Noblesville Parks & Recreation continues to provide opportunities for our community to stay active, connected, and engaged. While summer may bring sunshine and long days outdoors, fall and winter offer their own traditions, celebrations, and ways to experience our parks and programs. The Centennial Celebration at Forest Park is a special opportunity to honor the history, memories, and generations of families who have enjoyed this beloved space. Enjoy an evening of community activities, a throwback concert in the park with a performance by Kids in America, and reflection as we celebrate 100 years of Forest Park and look ahead to the future of parks in Noblesville. Join Noblesville Parks & Recreation for a festive fall tradition that brings the community together to celebrate Halloween. Set among the autum scenery of Forest Park, this family-friendly event offers an opportunity to collect candy, create memories, and experience the spirit of Halloween.

Kick off your holiday season with a magical morning at Breakfast with Santa. Children will have the opportunity to visit with santa, share their Christmas wishes, and take photos to remember the occasion. In addition to breakfast and time with Santa, families can enjoy holiday themed crafts and entertainment throughout the morning, Tickets for this event are $15. Proceeds benefit the Noblesville Parks Foundation.

Experience the holiday season with Noblesville Parks & Recreation for the inaugural year of Forest of Lights. Stoll through an illuminated walking trail featuring festive light displays, holiday decor, and a cheerful atmosphere that the whole family can enjoy. On special activiation days, visitors can enjoy seasonal activities, hot chocolate, and the opportunity to meet Santa. The light display is on daily through the duration of the event. This event is free to the public with complimentary parking available at Forest Park.

SAFE SITTER SERIES
Out of School Explorers is a one-day camp designed for children to learn, play, and explore while Noblesville Schools are closed for professional development days and select holidays, including Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Presidents' Day.
Prepare your child to be a confident and capable babysitter with our Safe Sitter Series. This nationally recognized program is designed for youth who are ready to take on the responsibility of caring for younger children—whether they’re watching siblings at home or taking on babysitting jobs in the community.

AMAZING ATHLETES Amazing Athletes Tots introduces the fundamentals of movement through fun, age-appropriate activities. THE CASE OF THE MISSING ACORN
Covering topics from People and Natural Resources, Water, Geology & Soil, Plants, to Wildlife with presenters from Noblesville Parks & Recreation, Hamilton County Soil & Water, Purdue Extension, and more. A Naturalist is a student of the natural world who gains knowledge through observations and interactions with plants, animals, and ecosystems. During this eight-week program, your student will learn about the species and habitats of our local parks from community nature experts while earning an official certificate from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. REFUND POLICY We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while still supporting the planning and staffing needs of our programs. If a participant chooses to cancel their participation in a program, the following refund guidelines will apply: Cancellations made with two (2) or more weeks’ notice prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than two (2) weeks’ notice are not eligible for a refund. Refunds may be issued in one of the following ways: Household account credit: This credit can be used toward future program registrations and is valid through December 31st of the current calendar year. Check by mail: If preferred, a refund check can be mailed to the customer and typically arrives within 45 business days of the approved refund request. Please note: check refunds will not be issued if there is an outstanding balance on the household account. All refund requests must be requested directly to the Parks and Recreation office, and approval may be subject to verification of program registration and eligibility. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide high-quality, well-prepared experiences for all participants.

Whether you're looking for a place for a family reunion, wedding, or other gathering, we can provide a location for you! There are many facilities located throughout our various parks that can be reserved for your event. Shelters may be reserved online, in our office, or over the phone.
Forest Park Inn Features a charming stone fireplace, wood-beam ceiling, and intimate atmosphere. The Main Room offers a cozy, rustic space, while the Overlook Room provides scenic views.
Forest Park Lodge The Lodge offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with views overlooking the Forest Park Golf Course— ideal for gatherings, parties, or meetings.
The Green Room The Green Room offers a bright, contemporary space perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, and small gatherings. Centrally located at Federal Hill Commons.

FACILITY RESERVATIONS Outdoor shelter are available to rent April through October, from 8am-8pm. Rental fee includes access for entire day, picnic tables, trash receptacles, and nearby restrooms. Forest park offers 6 shelters with capacity ranging from 42-240, providing ample space and a variety of options to meet your gathering needs.

Forest Park Shelters Each shelter offers a shaded, open-air space perfect for reunions, birthday parties, and casual get-togethers. All shelters include picnic tables, nearby restrooms, and easy access to playgrounds, trails, and other park features.
PICNIC AREAS Residents $30/Non-Residents $35 Picnic Areas may be reserved in one of our 5 different locations throughout the park & includes a charcoal grill. Each Picnic Area includes 6 picnic tables. Only one area allowed per reservation. All tables seat 6-8 people per table.
