Welcome from the Planning Committee In the last six months our world has been turned upside down. We certainly never imagined we would be planning a fully digital event for our Fifth Annual Regional Summit! Yet here we are. More than ever, we all need to take a moment to reconnect and recharge by investing in our own professional development to ensure we are ready for whatever comes next. When the Women’s Initiative (WI) launched in 2008, it was with a commitment to evolve into the premier resource for business women in the region. Through a variety of educational programs, networking, and mentoring opportunities, we have successfully helped women to connect, grow, and achieve. Our next step was to bring all that the WI offers into a full-day conference focused on leadership. Thus, the first Summit was born in 2016. We are excited to have you join us for the Fifth Annual Regional Summit. Our theme, Onward & Upward: Cultivating Growth & Agility in a Changed World, was our committee’s north star guiding us to create an event packed full of can’t miss content. Each speaker has been carefully selected to provide you with insights and actions that will equip you to lead your organization, your team, and yourself through the challenges that lie ahead.
