Your NKSW piece is the result of true craftsmanship, handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Made from carefully selected materials, it requires special care to preserve its shape, color, and refined finish over time. Please review the care instructions below. Proper care ensures longevity and preserves the integrity of each design.
1. Washing
• Hand wash immediately after use in cold water with mild, neutral soap.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
• Do not use hot water, bleach, or harsh detergents.
• Gently press out excess water — do not wring, twist, or rub.
• For pieces with shell details or delicate trims, clean gently and avoid excessive friction.
• For cord-structured pieces, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
2. Drying
• Lay flat to dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
• Do not hang while wet, as this may distort the shape.
• Avoid drying in humid or enclosed spaces.
• Do not use a dryer or iron.
• Allow pieces to dry naturally to preserve fibers, structure, and finish.
3. Structure & Storage
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
• Do not store while damp.
• Avoid folding for extended periods to prevent creasing.
• For padded styles, place cups inside one another to maintain their shape.
• Do not fold underwire pieces, as this may damage the structure.
• Keep shell details away from humid environments to prevent deterioration.
4. Chemical Products & Cosmetics
• Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorinated pools.
• Avoid contact with oils, tanning products, sunscreens, perfumes, and cosmetics.
• Even after absorption, certain products may cause permanent staining.
