To View In-Network Providers* 1. Go to the NLB’s homepage and click the Provider Search tab. 2. Select Dental under Type of Network, then choose Network Access. 3. Enter your ZIP code and press Enter to view nearby providers. 4. Use Advanced Search to search by name, city, state, distance, or specialty. 5. Network(s) that the providers participate in are included in their profiles.
