How to Find an In-Network Provider*
1. At www.nipponlifebenefits.com, select the Provider Search tab in the upper right. Select Dental, then select Network Access in the drop-down menu. 2. Enter your ZIP and select the red search box to locate providers near you. 3. The network(s) in which the provider participates are listed under Networks. When contacting a dentist, please inform them that you are using the first network listed in their provider information.

4. To search by name, city, state or distance, select Advanced Search. 5. To search by specialty, use the dropdown box in Advanced Search.
