In 2026, NIOP will host its 92nd Annual Convention—a milestone that speaks volumes about who we are as an organization.
For more than nine decades, NIOP’s annual convention has brought industry professionals together not only to do business, but to build relationships, share insight, and move the industry forward. That kind of longevity doesn’t happen by chance it exists because industry participants made the choice to show up year after year, investing their time and resources because connection mattered for both the present and the future of our industry.
As we look ahead to the 92nd Annual NIOP Convention, we’re proud of the legacy behind us and energized by the conversations, collaboration, and connections still to come.
Be part of the legacy register today and help shape what’s next.

NIOP CON 2026 is bringing together the people who drive our industry forward for three days of meaningful connection, insight, and collaboration. As of today, 301 industry professionals are already registered, representing 138 companies from across the entire supply chain — a powerful reminder of the value of being face-to-face with so many industry players in one place
This year’s program features a strong lineup of speakers and sessions designed to address the issues shaping our industry right now. From tariffs and policy outlooks to the ongoing conversation around seed oils, attendees will hear from respected voices including Steve Nicholson, Dr. Scott Irwin, Michelle Miller (The Farm Babe), Claudia Larson, and more offering insights that are relevant no matter where you sit in the industry.
Beyond the sessions, NIOP CON is known for what happens between them. Attendees can expect three days of nonstop networking with customers, clients, and colleagues, along with the memorable experiences that make NIOP CON unique including the annual golf tournament, Hit the Boat, puppy break, and other opportunities to connect in a relaxed, fun setting.
At its core, NIOP CON is where relationships are strengthened, new ideas take shape, and the industry comes together — year after year.
