GENERAL INFORMATION CONDITIONS OF SALE: LIMOUSINS: The sale of Limousins will be held subject to the NBA terms and conditions for use in Private Sales of Pedigree Cattle (copy at end of the catalogue) in conjunction with the Conditions of Sale recommended for use at markets by the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association for England and Wales both of which are available. In the event of any discrepancy between the two sets of conditions, the NBA conditions prevail. Both parties (vendor & purchaser) will be subject to a NBA charge of £3 per lot sold for the use of the MNA rules. ALL OTHER BREEDS: The sale of all Other Breeds will be held subject to the Conditions of Sale recommended for use at markets by the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association for England and Wales. INSURANCE: We recommend that all purchasers and vendors take Insurance to cover their respective risk.
